I've heard Bob Saget is terrible.
I've never seen Spelling Bee before, but I'm seeing it on the 30th, and from what I have seen and heard from it, it's probably the better choice. And there's always the tour of Drowsy, which might have better casting.

You must think I'm still sixteen. I dropped out of high school for a reason. And I don't care if you're pretty. I'm not admitting you are right. My soul is not a stage. I won't pretend I'm anything I'm not

Saget isn't "terrible."

I've seen both with their current casts and Bee had me rather bored.

I saw Spelling Bee for the first time in 11 months last night and I still say that it is the better choice.

I'd recommend BEE over DROWSY, though I do love them both.

BEE has me laughing every time, like a laugh a minute. Not so much with DROWSY, though it is still enjoyable.

And P.S. I have seen the entire new cast of BEE twice now, and they are equal in brilliance to the original cast.

Since the show isn't selling particularly well, it'll probaby be on TKTS. Keep in mind this is the holiday season, so TKTS will probably be packed!

When you are older, you won't tell your kids "I saw "Spelling Bee" with the replacement cast. Who cares? Sorry, but I mean seriously. On the other hand, "I saw Beth Leavel in "The Drowsy Chaperone" I believe is something you can tell people for decades.

I've seen both and I would go with Spelling Bee hands down.

I saw this cast of Spelling Bee in Boston twice, and they were just wonderful. Jenni Barber is incredibly affecting as Olive.

I hope you get the chance to see both shows. In my opinion they are two of the best, funniest, biggest-hearted musicals on the Great White Way in recent memory.

See Spelling Bee. I saw Drowsy and it lost it's sparkle after Sutton left. I was bored with it, while I have seen Spelling Bee twice, once with most of the original cast and once with the current cast, and the current cast is funny and fresh.

See both if you can, but you have to go with one, pick Drowsy!

No idea, but I have a feeling it will be longer than usual since this is one of Broadway's busiest times of the year!
