David walked into the valley With a stone clutched in his hand He was only a boy But he knew someone must take a stand There will always be a valley Always mountains one must scale There will always be perilous waters Which someone must sail -Into the Fire Scarlet Pimpernel

You couldn't pay me $29 to sit in that balcony.

That's great news about the price. Even at a little distance, it's still great to be able to see the show on a budget and not have to wait in a lottery. So glad to hear!

Does anyone have the discount code that's required for these tickets?

To get that offer, I think you have to go through the link above to purchase tickets.

Playbill has a code of LFPB311 for discounts in other sections of the theater

The balcony in this theater is horrendous.

I almost died in that balcony once.....

Without bread we'd just be hungry but without theatre we'd be dead

What's so bad about the balcony? Can anyone describe it? If I get TDF tickets, I may find myself up there.

That last time I was in the balcony at the St. James was for The Producers. If I remember correctly (that was over 10 years ago!), it was very high up but I could still see everything very well. I think the amount of stairs might get to some people.

Last time I was in that balcony was for Finian's Rainbow.. and I agree with the poster above, you couldn't pay me to sit there.. The front of the balcony cuts off the foot of the stage. it's extremely high.. and I've never felt more disconnected from a show than when I sat there

Felt disconnected? I never feared for my life in a theater before! They might be $29, but you need to add life insurance on top of that...

I would take that balcony any day over the balcony at the Palace or the New Amsterdam.
