What a great idea :)There might be a few repeats, but think of them as 2nd votes :)

Too bad I can't be there as I'm in San Francisco and doing summer stock. Post pictures and sounds and everything!
The initial title was what was offensive and I believe, in poor taste. The current title, I feel, does not have any hidden innuendos or agendas and if someone wants to dig deep enough to find one, then that is their prerogative. But thank you for your concern and response-it is absolutely not something to be taken lightly (which is why we changed the original title to what it is now).

Is Kaitlin Hopkins performing? If so, I'd love to hear her sing "He Was Beautiful" and/or "The Best Of Me." I absolutely adore Amy Spanger, but I agree that JLG should sing "Come To Your Senses." John Hill should sing "Heart Without A Home (I'll Be Yours)" and Adam Fleming should sing "A Thousand Miles." I sure hope at least one of my suggestions is used!!
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
Yeah, I would also love to hear some of Michael Arden's own compositions. Especially that much-praised song, "N + R", and some tunes from his Easter Rising.
(Of course, I sadly won't be there anyway [though I'd kill for the chance], but I _would_ have loved to hear them, hypothetically speaking.)

Little Things- Company Getting married today- Company Don't tell mama (and/or) Cabaret- Cabaret And a lot of hedwig and the angry inch stuff to belt (and even though it isn't really a belting song do hedwig's version of "wicked little town") Comfort and Joy- Bat Boy All the wasted time- Parade See i'm smiling- Lat 5 years Simple- Anyone can whitsle (that's what they say) Stars and the Moon- Songs for a new world
Jamie, another suggestion for Michael or any of the guys, maybe Michael could accompany Adam or Mike, but he wrote this song for Easter Rising and I wish I could remember the name of it, but it's The Driving Song, "I'm 16 and I'm on the road..." he'll know which one. It was hysterical at the Easter Rising reading. Just a nice way to showcase his own compositions.

You can download the sampler CD of BARE. Michael Arden's voice is beautiful and soaring!
What else can I say? I'm a fan.

There are some people in the world who say that writing stories, or composing music or dancing sparkly dances is easy for them. Nothing interferes with their ability to create. While I celebrate their creative freedom, a little part of me just wants to punch those motherf*ckers in the teeth...[tos]

Jamie, Are you aware if there are any more tickets that were going to be released? I just booked a flight into the city and when going to get tickets after my flight saw that it is sold out. BARE was the reason I was coming back to the city (ok and see friends of course). Whether or not I can see the show determines if I keep my flight? The telecharge people are very rude so I thought I'd ask-is it likely more tickets will open up? Or is that not an option? I know it is technically "sold-out" Just curious.
Pop or rock I would go with Open Arms- Journey Yesterday- Beatles It Doesn't Matter- Alisson Krauss ( I Know Female, but it's pretty much a unisex song) Anything Rufus Wainwright... it be interesting to see people with great voices singing his stuff. Other than that I'm pretty much a hardcore punk fan in the rock world, Make them Hear you from Ragtime would be amazing for theater music as would anything from the civil war
You, you are the worst thing to happen to musical theater since Andrew Lloyd Webber... and you I just don't like you.
I would absolutely love to here JLG's take on "Come to Your Senses". That would be electrifying. It would also be interesting to hear John and Jenna singing "Therapy". That would be hilarious.
