South Pacific! Yeah it has been forever and the music is great. Its really moving. To think a show that was soooooo good has never been revived. Did anyone see that TV one they did with Harry Connick Jr. on ABC. What'd u think of that?

"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."
THE ROAR OF THE GREASEPAINT THE SMELL OF THE CROWD. RAISIN. BYE, BYE BIRDIE. NO, NO, NANETTE (with the Raoul Pene Du Bois sets and costumes). KISMET. APPLAUSE (with revisions). PROMISES, PROMISES.
'He really wasn't good as Fieyro. Is it just me or does he sort of come across as a pimp? Just...the hand motions I've seen him do and the attitude..not that Taye is a pimp.' - SallyBrown on Taye Diggs as Fiyero
At this point it would just be called a "Re-Opening" and that wouldn't bother me one bit. That show had no business closing. Mendes' CABARET was the best thing on Broadway.

A queered version of A Chorus Line where the Priscilla Lopez character is the lesbian that my generation knew her to really be and where the queer boy is NOT the only queer boy in the show and he is NOT pathetic and he, God Damn it , wins this time(unless the Priscilla Lopez character does!)
Also: the queered version of Sondheim's Company - need I say more? Bobby, baby, Bobby, baby...
Sweeney Todd A Chorus Line Pippin Sunday in the Park With George Dreamgirls Les Miserables
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."
Godspell...definately...but the production needs to be a really good one that captures the spirit of the original without trying to be "Hair" or "2395 a Space Odyssey." P.S....does anyone else notice that theres a bit of a Stephen Schwartz theme here??
"... Still a little bit of your taste in my mouth.
Still a little bit of you laced with my doubt. Still a little hard to say what's going on..." Damien Rice
