Joley Fisher babies...that's right...Joley Fisher...she's amazing!!! Ever since I saw her twice in "Cabaret," she gets my vote for damn near anything, just to bring her talented ass back to Broadway!!

She did a benefit for me once - and not only is she an incredible musical performer, but she learns her stuff quicker than a flash, is funny as hell, and an absolute delight to have around.

but am I the only one who thinks that Kerry Butler would make the cutest Charity?

I still think if Sarah Jessica Parker doesn't do it, then they should just let Charlotte take over at least for a while, if they do bad, then hire a big star but at least give Charlotte a chance.

Posted: 12/17/05 at 12:00pmNobody should play Charity. The show should just be retired. It has a pretty good score but is saddled with a pathetic book. It is one of the most ridiculously dated pieces of schlock I've ever seen. It takes a beautiful and moving film from Federico Fellini and sanitizes it out of all recognition.
