I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
Well, I live about an hour from Philadelphia, so Pittsburgh is *kinda* close to me, but it's FAR too long a drive. Hopefull another theatre will be getting the show. Why can't Sweeney Todd come instead of Mamma Mia! or Wicked for the third time?

Has there been any word on who is going to be in the tour of "Sweeney Todd"?
"A coherent existance after so many years of muddle" - Desiree' Armfelt, A Little Night Music
"Life keeps happening everyday, Say Yes" - 70, Girls, 70
"Life is what you do while you're waiting to die" - Zorba
"Naturally, I will be buying cheap seats to it and complain the entire time."
And that, my dear, is why I love you so much.
Really though, all the houses in Pittsburgh are way too big for Sweeney. And I don't think Wedding Singer will do well in the Benedum either. Maybe the Byham but the Benedum is way too big.
