Emma in "Song and Dance."

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

Fantine's in the Epilogue/Finale.

The rain we knew is a thing of the past -
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.

Weez- that would actually be incorrect. All of the characters show up in Act 2. First for "It's Hot Up Here" which opens the act, then George has a monologue (which is cut from the DVD) and then they all reappear for a reprise of "Sunday".

Yup, for two songs out of a whole act. Not that much, compared with doing the entire act. :P

The giant's wife-act 1 of Into The Woods.
Anne's parents in act 1 of La Cage (I think...)

Much: Riff and Bernardo-act 2 of West Side Story (only the dream ballet, which is cut from many productions)

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

Catherine isn't in the first act of Pippin and Charlemagne isn't in the second.

Twimble isn't in the second half of How to Succeed..., and Womper isn't in the first. One actor usually plays both parts.

Can't think of anything else.
