Did anyone see the View this morning?!? Rosie said, something to the effect of, "If I see Anna Nicole Smith on the news one more time ..."
It's a sad situation, but that just made me laugh.

actually Rosie had mentioned the whole media surrounding her in a very negative light. i wonder if she'll apologize for tomorrow's episode. she has to feel awful about that! no one would wish this on someone

This is so random, yet absolutely shocking for her to go so young. She wasn't even 40 yet! She was so beautiful, I actually remember her in the mid-90's looking so fantastic and even recently.
I feel like she never had peace, with the lawsuit business, her sons death, just getting a lawsuit against her a few days ago for the trimspa thing, paternity tests... Really tragic.

She really did wind up living the tragic glamour queen thing didn't she?

I normally don't care much about this sort of thing, but I am really, REALLY sad about this. I met Anna once, very briefly, and she was absolutely as genuinely sweet as anyone I've ever met.
I think all she ever really wanted in life was to be honestly loved and cared about, and it never really happened for her. Poor thing...
I hope whatever her personal spiritual afterlife holds for her finally makes her happy.

I haaate that right now everyone was saying "well I saw this coming." In the wake of something like this, I will never understand how people can have the "I told you so" reaction. The woman's dead, people. There's nothing left to prove.

This has saddened me also. There is something tragic about her life. I was always amazed that she had that reality show which was basically a train wreck waiting to happen and so many gleefully tuned in to witness the spectacle.
I have worked with a couple people, who achieved fame, couldn't handle it well and ended up dying an untimely death.

Shocking??? Billy Graham getting busted for narcotics trafficking is shocking. This would be shocking it HADNT happened at some point in time.

I simply meant she was not a respectable person, and I don't think she contributed much to this world, so I'm not sad she died. Just like I'm not sad when I read the obituaries in my local paper. Big deal.
