DG, I totally agree where the strike is concerned. This is the one show I look forward to every week.
Wow, it was also nice to see another side of Amanda.
The scenes between Henry and the security guard were priceless. I was howling with laughter.
There were so many great lines in this episode! I will also be watching that multiple times.
Oh and how CUTE was Henry in this episode?!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
I was a mess during this episode several times: especially the end when Betty was consoling Alexis and Daniel.
So many hilarious quotes! So many. It was great!
And how funny was Judith Light and her escape convict friend!
And Marc and Wilhemia: I love them, I laughed so hard about the "Curly and Mo" thing.
TWO BETTYS! That was fun too.
Gotta love America.
I hope the Writer's strike ends soon so they don't interupt this amazing show [and also to stop Gossip Girl from going into reruns too!]
You know what line urked me, and I'm not sure why.
I love Justin and I love Christina A, but when he said "I'm an Ag Hag," It don't know, it just didn't sit well with me.
Amanda consoling Daniel came out of left field. I thought she was doing it so that he would hire her to replace Betty...but then nothing came of it.
The cast of Ugly Betty are rallying around their writers like other TV shows.

Btw - I loved L'Amanda.

I know that was hysterical!
Poor Alan Dale, can't make it two seasons on any show: First The OC, now this. Poor guy.
Judith Light MADE this episode. From the Chita makeover to her last scene with Bradford... wow. I definitely started crying. And Willy/Marc are hilarious as usual, although I'm a little mad Cliff just sort of vanished into thin air.
That said, I am SICK of the Henry/Betty cuteness. No! You don't love each other's bossiness! Everything you do cannot be perfect and functional and endearing or everyone will HATE you!
I kind of got mad at Henry in last nights episode.
When he was whining that eveyone knew about Faye's Love Dungeon but him.
I yelled at the Tv, "You don't even work on that floor!!!"
Naw. Betty should have told him about the sex room. They should have used it.

i dont know about that...who's ever washed the sheets in the secret sex room?
Well, I hope Christina washed them. Before and after she used them. Is that asking too much of a secret sex room?
"Judith Light MADE this episode. From the Chita makeover."
Tony Plana has a thing for Chita *he he*.
GOOOD NEWS!
Per ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLEY, Ugly Betty will air 4 new episodes after tomorrow. Yay! Unlike other shows, 4 weeks, the re-runs!
I hope all of you remembered to watch!

We did at my sisters right after finishing the dead bird.
Fun watching with my 17 yr old niece and 13 year old nephew to see what they get and what goes over their heads.
Great episode tonight, it was nice to see all the characters get their own little moments to shine.
Also, it was nice to see Elizha Dushku is still alive.
My only worry? Ileana Douglas seemed so out of place, and her line readings were really forced. I hope she remains recurring.
Very strange episode. Barely any Henry. Not cool.

the writers really have worked magic with Amanda.
ive always thought she was funny, but the way they've brought the audience to empathize with her is just fantastic.
i loved the whole scene with Alexis & the printer.
those UGLY BETTY writers sure know how to milk the tears!
...but someone was flattering Wilemina by casting that guy as her father...he looks about 10 minutes older than her!
Norn, I was thinking the same thing!!
So there ARE more episodes coming? Last night's episode had a weird feeling of finality.
As I recall, most tv shows go into reruns starting in December, with new episodoes resuming after the holidays.
