Off to the great Pacific Northwest for a surprise B'day party for J2's cousin ( hence no FB posts until late tomorrow ) AND to see DD!!

Back on late on Sunday night. The first of what will be a series of whirlwind cross country trips, apparently.

And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Spring break begins at 3:00pm today. About damn time! I'll be in the office a few hours each day, but they'll be hours of my own choosing, sandwiched in between doctor's appointments, overdue car maintenance, dental appointment, etc. Oh yeah, and taxes. I hear they're due soon.

Morning peeps! Another run around weekend for HC and me. Tomorrow I will meet the 2nd candidate up for the role of our new Pastor. Running from there to South Jersey to see a friend in "A Funny Thing Happened..." Sunday we are picking up Momma HC and bringing her with us to my baby brother's house for Palm Sunday dinner.

Have fun Mooney - I have not touched my taxes which means I have not completed the FAFSA, but I am sure that the girl's awards are the same each year - not enough.

Looking forward to a Spring day tomorrow - warmest in 6 months in Chicago, cleaning the dung heap of the back yard and putting Christmas tree in the alley!

Hi BWG! Snow falling outside my window - it was 80 on Saturday - 45 degree drop. Nice weekend - 13 bags of leaves and other yard waste! And, C16 actually helped me!

Very painful weekend with the wrist/hand. This sucker just does not want to heal. New pain meds had me sacked out most of the weekend, though.

awww, thank you everyone. I'm doing ok. Services are tomorrow so just getting the list completed for today. But everything is mostly going smoothly. It is really easy when you have the most incredible support system rallied behind you. But it's also how I know I'm now in the 30's, instead of just massive amounts of booze brought over, now they bring cassaroles too! Mr. Happy will be fed for many days to come!

And I will have loads of comedy material for the next gathering, cause you know nothing is never not absurd in my life lol.
