Which is why we keep sending each other messages. Can we get paid for this?

Hey Kids. I miss you all more than ever today. But, I think that's just me being selfish.

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

Hello, Moon Goddess!
My Jubilee weekend was very nice. The Lakes District is gorgeous. I have pictures. :-P
I'm not going anywhere near London, but some of the football (soccer) is being played at St. James Park in Newcastle. We've got tickets to the men's quarter final match.

Shamey!
Too bad there are words all over this picture, because I think it's the perfect tiara!
Oh, it's so good that we're all gathering. Our special little home, here.
I miss you, too.
I don't know my dates for London, yet, but I'll let you know.

Fabulous tiara, Addy! Wonder if we can sneak it into the hospital.....
Quite the summer to be in London! Jubilee, Olympics, just plain London! Wish I had booked a trip but it was not in the cards for this year.

We thought about trying to get tickets, but money was a factor and an even bigger one was that neither of us are great fans of crowds and the crowds will be immense.
So, we'll wave our American and British flags with pride, here at home.
That is the perfect tiara, YSB!

LS!!! *hugs and kisses* My other Brit friend is in this weekend celebrating his 50th! I'm joining him and others for some Saturday afternoon festivities. Then I'll be seeing another Brit, Traci Bennet, in End of the Rainbow that night. It's seems to be a Blimey Saturday for me

I just took Max for a very long walk in the park with Broadway Addict, (Baddy) who's in town this weekend. It was nice to catch up with her, meet her GORGEOUS daughter Lea, and enjoy the beautiful day.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Another chilly wet day in the Great Pacific Northwest. We've been warned that come July we'll join the rest of the country in sweltering heat.
Nothing major this weekend, taking time to decompress and spend time with jS before the madness begins again next week.
Love and virtual hugs to all,. I wish there was an easy and fast way to bridge the distance and give them to you all personally.

I am thinking of hoisting a few tonight - perhaps opening some of the stuff I brought back with me, or the Gin I found while in Scotland.
Deet, if you like Gin try Botanist. It was wonderful. On ice with a slice of cucumber.

I am going home. (Which is an epic statement if you know my work schedule right now...)
I am having a big drink.
If anyone sees this, and wants to join, call me.
Love, hugs and peace.

I can't sleep. Been going since 5 AM. It's now after midnight. We got some sad news at the doctor, cried it out and did some retail damage therapy at IKEA. We came home and read through Facebook and BWW and cried that out, too. Then we came to bed and just cried some more.
Today sucks.
