Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.

All good. Blood pressure just about perfect.
Someone pass me some treats!
Time for a nap, and then some homework.
Happy Thursday Adults!

Tink, maybe you should head to the doctor.

We have a dear friend who's had a difficult year. Her brother, who lives in NYC and knows she loves Hugh, told her they were going to offer SRO tickets. On a whim, she cashed in some miles, and found herself standing in line before sunrise on Monday. She got to see the show, and our curiosity about how she liked it was answered when she went back to see it again last night. Afterwards, she sent out this message:
"What could be better than seeing Hugh Jackman? SEEING HUGH JACKMAN IN THE SECOND ROW! Standing Room ticket...HJ sees an empty seat , 2nd row aisle...invites someone from Standing room to take the seat...I race down the aisle at breakneck speed to score the best seat in the house...high five Hugh, and then melt as he sings 'Fever' directly to me as a reward for my conquest...Aaaaaah....I can die happy now. Pinch me..dreams do come true! I love New York!"
Happy Holidays, indeed - and a much needed boost at the end of a trying year!

I don't blame her. I'm completely blissful in my marriage, but I'd have the same reaction

Off to an 8AM meeting, and then hopefully leaving early. My assistant is bringing in Tamales for the office for me and all of the emergency contracts that had to be done at the last minute are done.
So pass the Eggnog, use plenty of rum, and celebrate! Tomorrow an afternoon with old friends and Sunday a Hannukah party (including home made Latkes)
And Tink - take care. Mucinex does help with a chest cold. But be careful!

On a side note why do family members have to act like such
Douchebags? Not talking about framily but real

My mom gives me a decent sized check each year for the holidays - so this is her Hannukah give to me.
Now I need to figure out air fare and whether to add a few days in front in Glasgow and and the end in Edinburgh.
And, to start buying a bunch of Single Malt Scotch to get my taste buds ready!

But yeah, I think the saying is "Go Big or Go Home."

YWiW, I personally found Edinburgh to be much more fun than Glasgow, although Glasgow's architecture is stunning.
