Ok my Downton Abbey peeps - just finished S1 Episode 6. Tomorrow at lunch will be the finale. I'm hooked. Such beautiful colors, and the costumes! I <3 Matthew.

Just got back from seeing 'Merrily We Roll Along'
Wish I could say I loved it... but, not so much. Didn't hate it, but didn't love it.
Boobs, I saw your friends T. and T. there. I had the chance to speak to one of the T's for a moment, and recalled that we had met the evening of the Tony Awards. We had a lovely chat for a few minutes. (And I don't think he really enjoyed Merrily, either...)
Got home in time to catch most of Revenge. Have the full episode recorded, so will watch tomorrow night.

Morning peeps! Enjoying a cup of coffee then off to drop Tonky off at the vet. The little girl is 6 months old today, so time for her to be fixed. After that I will stop at the Post Office and DMV. I am hoping after that to get in a nap.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

Addy - the book for that show has real problems. I've never cared for any of its incarnations or reincarnations.

Morning Adults - Sunday is the annual "take the beast to the vets for their shots" extravaganza. The trick is getting Zorra in first, because once she knows what is up, there is no way I am going to get her in her carrier.

No spoiler worries for me. I saw enough of last night and will watch the entire show tonight. Such great writing. Such interesting character development.
Moony, it's true, the book of 'Merrily' is kind of a mess. I've never been a huge fan of the show in general, but I was really looking forward to seeing what Encores would do with it. I know some folks really loved it. Me? Not so much. My guest loved it, though, and he'd never had any experience with the show.
That said, I've been humming 'Old Friends' all night and morning... good song.
Sommsy, I can't wait to watch 'Survivor' tonight. I recorded it. Good TV these days.

Gotta love those sweeps months, Addy!
And, yes, many of the musical numbers are wonderful, but there are too many placed in haphazard fashion. They don't always advance or service the story. I was surprised that Encores chose this show.
Still waiting for Claude. I'm not getting any younger....
