I can't even begin to fathom where the other branches of my family tree could possibly lead. The only one we know is the family name that takes us back to Spain in the 1600s. Of course, on mom's side I would start with Ramirez and Vargas, both very common names.

DD, I believe last week was the pilot. Not sure why they consider this the world premiere. I'm sure Addy can explain it.

first new episode in its regular time slot. They did it with Glee too. They aired the pilot in May, so when it come in September they played the pilot again and then REALLT ramped up the the energy for the first new ep.

I'm hoping this isn't a repeat from last week. The coming attractions showed different scenes, although most shows have been doing that. Showing scenes that will be aired in the future. Bitch. Bastard.

If they played the pilot again last week, you should have a new ep tonight.
Sooo, on Monday an agency contacted me about a job position. It seems I'm a good fit. So he was forwarding my resume over to the actual HR person at the company who was back in the office today. Fingers crossed something comes of it....
And I really need to stop listening to the 25th anniv Phantom recording - I skip only to songs Ramin sings on. I think I've gone through them 3 times already.

Oh. My. Gosh.
Caught the early fight home.
Upgraded to First Class.
Was able to get to the party AMC invited me to at the Oak Bar at the Plaza, to celebrate the new season of MAD MEN.
Enjoyed classic cocktails in the classic space of the Oak Room/Bar.
Had fun in the photo booth, wearing mid-60's pearls and hats.
Chatted about 'COMPANY' with Christina Hendricks. Met her husband.
Had our picture taken.
Talked about stage vs. screen.
Became BFFs.
Met Jon Hamm.
Talked about.... nothing. Just smiled and let them take a picture.
And then talked about Quality Television.
Once I regained my composure.....
And then met the rest of the cast members at the Oak Room for the AMC Party.
And now I'm home...
And, until someone tells me otherwise, am quite happy.
Seriously cool night. Even from this jaded New-Yorker...

And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

I went all in, just ordered in iPhone (not worth waiting 6 months for the bigger screen), and am getting an iPad. I always buy some toy with my bonus, and I got a twofer.
