Yup, still in one piece. This whole first-post control thing has been one of my better demands!
Spidey, you were wondering about U2 songs to consider - have to listened to "Staring At The Sun"? Or "Zoo Station"? Or "Until The End Of The World"? (Although this one is a bit deep for your voice.) Or "The Fly"? Or "Mysterious Ways"? (Sexy!) Or "Numb"? (Totally not normal U2 although also a bit deep for your voice.)
I suggest ones from the '90s because I think with your equipment and past selections, these are ones that could work with your voice and are also different than stuff you've done in the past.
(Plus I like to dance around in my underwear to '90s U2, but I'd love to make room for you! *eyebrow wiggle*)

FREESTYLE--"Soul Singing" by The Black Crowes (Since people are enjoying my oh-so-sexy southern accent I am doing a southern bluesy rock song).
SONDHEIM--I have a couple of songs I am debating on, but this is going to be the hardest of them all since it is accapella.

Not sure about the others. I'm being pushed to submit Defying Gravity for the freestyle song.. but its so overdone, everyone would kill me.

I don't know much (any?) Black Crowes, so I'm looking forward to hearing this, although Spidey, I think bdwaygirl will bust if you don't do some Springsteen!
I'm with Stephen, Kerrie. If you can do a powerful job of "Defying Gravity", that could be your show-stopping performance! (And you've got a built in audience. Diva got her personal highest number of votes when she did Phantom!)
