When defining feminism I am reminded of this great  line, "It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is. ... 

Feminism means different things to different people. To all it means equal rights. But others they like to piggy back their own agendas  like anti man, pro abortion or even anti makeup, anti shaving  anti high heels to it. Others like to keep it pure. It is why the prolife people and transgender s were not welcome at the womans march. Not all women have to think alike. That is feminism

Maybe the answer is we need a new word like postfeminism

Petra, the complaint was filed by her peers in the legal profession who are bound by their bar association rules to report any infractions, as I understand it.  As someone holding a public trust position generally, and a licensed attorney in federal practice specifically, she is held to a higher standard than other DC bar members.  This goes all the way back to Watergate scandal which was likely before your time.  Doesn't matter what the MSM thinks.  She now has to account for her misdeeds before the DC bar review panel.  I find it interesting that her bar dues are delinquent, according to the letter.  While I don't believe that she'll be disbarred, I wouldn't rule out a fine since she's no longer well regarded by her peers in the legal profession.

You really think she should get disbarred for an aside, that has nothing to do with National Security or Public Safety. Do you really think this is not Political?  Sorry, I do not believe that you do. If that is the case,  are you prepared for the tit for tat from the right if that happens?  I imagine Miss Warren would be the first with her fraud concerning her high cheekbones and Harvard. Or Loretta Lynn and her conflict of interest and tarmacs? Eric Holder and his Fast and Furious gun running? Where they ever investigated?

Perhaps you missed the part where I wrote the following:

The complainants' motives are immaterial.  The bar review board will determine if Kellyanne violated the letter and/or spirit of the DC Bar rules which she SWORE to uphold. This has moved out of the realm of MSM gossip into a legal context.

Im guessing it is the same as when some freaks  send a petition to the WH and if it gets 100,000 (?) signatures they have to respond, no matter how ridiculous as UFOs, Deporting Justin Bieber, or the rumoured Republican Apocalypse that was supposed to happen.

Nope.  Let me take the guess work out of it.  You're conflating frivolous petitions with a legal proceeding.  Kellyanne took an oath to uphold the various laws on the books and the DC bar rules in order to get a license to practice law.  She's been licensed in DC since the mid-90's.  The bar association will review the facts and go from there.  I have no idea which states Elizabeth Warren and Loretta Lynch are licensed in.  But, I do recall Bill Clinton's law license in Arkansas was suspended for some years after his impeachment for something much more egregious than Kellyanne's foibles.

For the record, I'm with you, javero. I've tried engaging with her before, but it's become clear she's just a sock who could be presented with clear facts and would still argue against them and produce a meaningless graphic or make a false equivalency.  She needs to be given the same treatment that the media (outside of Fox) has given to her idol,  Kelly Anne.

It is an old tactic


1) first you berate those you disagree with, Did not work 

2)  then you called names.  Did not work

3) Last resort:  Try and silence and marginalize.

 I for 1 like to talk and have conversation with those who are different than me.  Makes life more interesting. Nothing more boring than no Diversity to me .The same vanilla thoughts is so 1984. There have been many times here and other places that listening to someone different than me gave me a new way of looking at things.  

I for one look forward that anyone with closed mind ignores me

Petra, besides the belief that you were Sue Storm, who alienated this whole board against her, there's something about you that is off-putting.
