I don't think I can pick just one! I really like Once In Royal David's City, and We Need a Little Christmas, as sung by the Muppets.
An incomplete off the top of my head list:
Silent Night
What Child is This
Carol of the Bells
When the River Meets the Sea
Il Est Nee
Lo How a Rose E're Blooming
The Holly and The Ivy

"In The Bleak Midwinter" sung by Julie Andrews.
Winter Wonderland (my folks have a film of me performing this at their new years eve party when I was 1 1/2. It was my first, and last, attempt to be an entertainer.
Silver Bells - all about Christmas in the city. My favorite place to be at Christmas time.
My favorite performance of Christmas carols was the Bing Crosby/David Bowie duet of Drummer Boy and Peace on Earth.

There was a pretty fierce version of "Jesus, What a Wonderful Child" sung by Fantasia and Kelly Clarkson a couple years ago on an American Idol special. And, in case you didn't know, Kelly is blacker than Fantasia.

I have been loving my X-Mas tunes already! This year I have really got into the Ultra Lounge christmas stuff - and I have been listening to Brian Setzer christmas stuff too. Last year Pottery Barn put out a three disc box set of music that was truly wonderful. Especially Paula West's version of Santa Baby - Eartha rocks on this, I know, But every once in a while it's nice to have a back up version and West is brilliant with it.
Sheesh! It's not even Thanksgiving yet, let alone Advent! Must we already discuss Christmas Carols, which are intended to be sung at the birth of the Christ child, not before?!?

Way too many to name. I'm a sucker for Silent Night, and Angels We Have Heard on High, lots of "Olde English"-type carols, like The Holly & the Ivy, I Saw Three Ships, etc., and a lot of French things, Noel Nouvelet, Il Est Ne, March of the Kings, etc.
On the "pop" side, I like Karen Carpenter's "No Place Like Home for the Holidays," and yes, Burl Ives' "Holly Jolly Christmas" (comes from growing up on the Rudolph special), and some version of "Happy Holidays" that is probably Perry Como or someone...?
And I hate to be negative, but I have to add another anti-Christmas-Shoes vote. It belongs in the dictionary between "Maudlin" and "Mawkish."
Fum, Fum, Fum; Joseph's Song (Michael Card); Baby it's Cold Outside and Little Drummer Boy (David Bowie and Bing Crosby)

I really like O Holy Night and What Child is This. They're both so pretty. But I also like Have Yourself a Merry Littel Christmas and Sleigh Ride. Oh, and I also like Little Drummer Boy and the Holy and the Ivy and *gives up*
Does "Santa Baby" count?
I like "The Coventry Carol" (It reminds me of Macbeth, actually... O sisters, too/how may we do/for to preserve this day/this fine youngling/for whom we do sing/by, by, lully, lullay)
I also enjoy Benjamin Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols", particularly "This Little Babe".
O Come All Ye Faithful.
I'm such a bad Jew.
Last Christmas by Wham!(Most Awsomest!!!!!)and Simply Having A Wonderful Christmastime
That song always makes me happy soapguy17!
But my favorite by far is "Baby It's Cold Outside".
I love when they sing it in "Elf".
i was just flipping through radio stations... 1 of the stations here is already 24 hr christmas music. crazy. i think it's cuz half the city got 16 inches of snow and the other half still looks like fall.
Our 24-hour Christmas station starts playing the day after Halloween...and I love it!
*sheepish grin*
i don't want it till next friday! THEN i get into it COMPLETELY
oh yeah, and my favorite christmas song is Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "Christmas Canon"
My favorite is "Silver Bells".
I'm always amused by the back story of the song's title. Apparently Ray Evans and Jay Livingston originally named the song, "Tinkle Bells". Livingston's wife heard the title and thought they were out of their minds and thus the name was changed.
