I was definitely a morning person when I was in high school.
I had swim practice at 7AM, and for most swim meets I'd have to be at school by 6AM.
I loved it.
The fresh morning air.
The quiet, empty streets.
Ahhh...
I have a somewhat painful blister on my toe, and I need it to go away before Tuesday because I want to wear a pair of heels. Heels + a blister = not a good thing.
Health services is really slow.

I haaate my personal statement. Argh. Reading it for the 52nd time does not make it any easier to edit.
I'm glad that I don't have school today.

Ok, I AM SOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!
Group projects S*ck!!!!
Especially when you have 2!
For one project, I am basically doing the work.
The other one, 2 people who weren't in class on Monday are not responding to e-mails.
And, the person who is supposed to do the powerpoint isn't answering e-mails either- however, she was in class this past Monday.
1 girl is in S. America for a week so she won't be in class on Monday.
She has pretty much done all her work so far though so I'm not really worried.
Me and this other girl, Diane, seem to be doing all the work.
I just emailed both of the groups and almost sent an email to one group that I meant to send to another!!!

So I got my GameCube back from TX today.
I attempted to play Resident Evil, but the second zombie killed me.
And to think that I used to be really good at this game.
I need more practice.

SweetQ: im sorry. i hope your group mates get it together and your project all turn out well!
I have an 85 in english, which is amazing, because I thought that I was on the verge of failing.
Today sucked.
Tonight is going to be the beginning of a really fun weekend.
I have a really bad headache.
You don't IM me to tell me that my dad's sick and make it sound like it's serious, only to tell me he has a f***ing cold.
Someone I work with brought his dog to the office today. This is like the friendliest dog ever. I sat down to pet him and he curled up in my lap.
Noted, dancingthrough. I won't do it again.
I wish I had a friendly dog.
I worked a 14 hour day today with no break other than 15 min for lunch. The odd thing is I enjoyed it. If it weren't for the kids I work with I wouldn't have been able to do it. I love my students.

Hey Q...let me PM you.
Noted, dancingthrough. I won't do it again.
Haha, much appreciated.
I feel like crying. Again.
I went out to dinner with my mom to this restaurant in the mall: The Blue Turtle.
There was really good food and great service. The atmosphere was very cool (as well as the look of it!) and there was a guy to hand you warm towels in the really nice bathroom!
A+ from me! Hehe
My GPA this quarter is a 3.8, and when I got an 81 on a test in science today, I had a breakdown. I literally began almost sobbing in class, and my teacher ended up having a counseling session of sorts in the hall with me.
Then this evening, I had to take the exam to see if I would be competing in the national vocabulary competition, and i bombed it. Totally. All the words looked like spells out of Harry Potter.
My dad is going to be so disappointed.
I feel like throwing up.
I'm sorry.

I have quite the story about my neighbor who is going to be getting married in Vegas next weekend.
Do tell.
and VonTussle, take it from me: Once you graduate, nothing you did in high school matters.
That's not necessarily true. Being that how you do in high school dictates where you end up for college, I'd say it matters quite a bit. Maybe some of the things you learn, like calculus, aren't likely to be useful, but saying "nothing" matters is a bit ridiculous.

Wow. I disagree hugely, Fiction Writer. I'm not dismissing the chance to make a fresh start when you move schools, but the past is never really gone.
Now, what did I come here for? Ah, yes.
*primal scream*
*cough*
Thank you.
