I could care less about Meredith and Derek at this point. Actually, I could care less about most of the characters. The only things keeping me interested are Callie/Arizona, Cristina/Owen, and occasionally Mark, when he's not being icky with Lexie.
And yes, I pondered what Callie spent money on, besides her hotel room stuff. She couldn't have had that much stuff because she did move her stuff over to Meredith's for a week, and then the hotel room. Then she ended up on a couch for so long.
And I'm not 100% sure how a trust fund works. But, my parents and a couple of my grandparents did similar for me when I was younger, but it was meant for college when I got older. And that's where all the money went, except for my cheap ass old car. And the account was signed over to me when I turned 22.
Is Thursday the Season Finale? It is for Private Practice.
Thursday is just the 100th episode. The season finale is next Thursday at 9, for 2 hours. I thought Private Practice had its season finale last week?
Oh wait, you're right Marianne. I knew I heard at some point "Private Practice Season Finale" LOL

Trust funds can be set up a number of ways. The only way the parent couldn't 'take it away' is if it were an irrevocable trust.
JerseyGirl, yes, you do think about this all too much LOL

I'm going to hell now. I was laughing histerically at the end, hoping that Izzie was going to kick the bucket. And yeah, that whole wedding set up was very predictible.
I also think the Callie/Arizona thing was a bit predictible, but at least we got a ton of Callie tonight. And they looked hot together in bed at the end. LOL!
What I wonder is if everyone at the church knew it ended up being Izzie and Alex's wedding. I mean, why would Callie show up to Izzie's wedding?
Did anyone else notice Alex's face being clean shaven in the scene where he was crying with Meredith on the bench and then his goatee was back again in the fallowing scene?
Well, I must have been guzzling the kool-aid. I loved the episode. I don't think there's any chance that Izzie will live now. I can't imagine having them having two new married couples on the show next year.
Yeah, it was a good episode, but I was really expecting Izzie to kick the bucket at the end. I think the wedding was a tiny bit ruined for me because there was all the speculation and denial going around. But, at least it was for a character I dislike.
Callie and Arizona were just completely amazing throughout the entire episode.

I finally got around to watching last week's episode, and I really enjoyed it too Jerseygirl. Even though the whole Alex and Izzie wedding thing was predictable, I thought it was sweet. Mer and Der were really only doing the big wedding for Izzie anyway. They should just go to city hall. The thing that really got me was when Alex took the flower out of Izzie's hair, but a chunk of hair came out with it. It's amazing how sweet he's become considering he was a total asshole before.
Oh my God, George.

I think I just had a heart attack watching the last few minutes of that. I started bawling when he wrote 007.

Whoa, they really got me. I didn't expect any of that.
That part actually hit me harder than I thought it would. I heard rumors that they would do this to him, but I sort of brushed them off, thinking it was dumb. Along with him joining the army. So, I think in my gut reaction, I don't want George to be gone next season.
Izzie, I don't care about. I actually was sort of smirking and laughing when Alex was yelling at her. Yeah, I can go to hell for that. I just hope the elevator at the end was just George walking Izzie there. After all, he had been there for her at the wedding and did tell her she knew what she wanted.
And I definitely want there to be more of Callie and Arizona next season.
I haven't seen Grey's in like 2 seasons but I was crying at the end of it. and I'm going to watch it next fall religiously. I can't believe what happened.

I knew George was leaving to "join the army", but I had no idea he was going to wind up being John Doe. My roommate and I were bawling hysterically... I can't even lie. I can't process that episode. When he wrote 007 in Mer's hand and she screamed, I lost it. Forget about when the doors to the elevator opened and it was George (in full uniform) standing there waiting for Izzie and not Denny.
Oh man. Im tearing up just writing about it. Im pathetic.

That's okay. I wanted to scream and yell at the television, but I was watching it with my mom and dad, and my dad is always "It's just a tv show." I didn't want to hear it from him over that. I guess he doesn't get so involved in the shows he watches.
Ok, I just finally finished watching it. I had to DVR it so that my husband could watch the Office season finale. I screamed with Meredith and the tears kept coming. I'm so pathetic, but wow... Is it Fall yet?
I seriously feel like I might not be able to sleep tonight. Thanks Shonda. It's 1am, and I have a hyper and easily bored houseguest to entertain until Saturday.
Have hated this show since Izzy cut the l-vat wire...watched only to see her die.
Loathed that there was no conclusion to the young Lieutenant. On a side note....Zach Gilford is one kid I could go Cougarish over.
Regarding George -- thought is was a stroke of genius that George was joining the Army - it made some sense to me...he never did quite fit in..really hated that he was John Doe.
It was obvious to me that it was George. I recognized his teeth the first time they showed his face (is that weird?) and then they kept talking about him, but he was nowhere around. I wish it could have been a surprise. It would have been a better episode.
I thought they said that he was going to be scrubbed in on a surgery until 6pm, hence why that was the time they were having the intervention for him. But, I did sort of know about this, I just chose to ignore the fact.
This episode is still freaking me out and it's been almost 3 hours since it ended. I almost feel like sitting up and watching the Sound of Music to keep me happy.
Do we have to wait to find out if they make it or do we know that they're not signed on for next season?
