I believe the queen of England put it best when she said, "Conspiracy! Conspiracy! LOL!"
Oh god I'm dying laughing here, thank you Namo, I've had a crap day at the hospital today and to come back and see the post of a review that you can get on board with been the only review out there that has any negative in is brilliant. So does that review work for you because it has some negative in? amazing, you have out done yourself, thank you thank you thank you.
also so I adore that review keeps mentioning a song that ain't actually in the show and the things they didn't like are the things that every other critics love. However I'm glad you feel Vulture above the Times, Rolling Stone, The Gaurdian, EW etc is a worthy publication to review, oh Namo, I adore you you crazy weirdo.

I read Vulture every day. Got in the habit with the Smash recaps. Bottom line, laughter is healing and I'm happy to help.

She didn't say that song was in the show. She's saying it's a shi++y song from the album Maddie's touring on.
I never said she did, it's just odd that she keeps mentioning it. And thanks Namo, I did need the giggles tonight.

I would put on a nurse uniform and vogue to Dress You Up to make a ****ty hospital day just a little ****tier/better.

I'd throw in some divas of color tho, Lena Horn, we love you... That kind of thing.
And those tanks were def. $60. My friend and I wanted one, but alas, $60 for a tank top seems stupid. Maybe they upped the price for the NYC engagement?

Weren't the "vintage" tees on the Confessions tour (which is probably where that guy got his Virgin Tour tee) like $80 bucks or something?
Sean Penn was at the second NY show and was smiling so much during True Blue (that she said she wrote for him). Debi Mazar was there tonight and she did a nice dedication to her, Anderson Cooper was dragged on stage, the show was completely sold out and she has added Ghosttown in as predicted.
Here's an interesting take on fans growing older with Madonna.
Wonder why she added Ghosttown after her first NYC show? I actually really like that song from her album and sad I missed it. And I like Joan of Arc, which I wish had been included.

Thanks for that link, Jordan, I liked reading that article.
Though I will never in a million years understand how things like this end up in the same piece:
Aging along with your heroes is often weird. Some people—David Bowie, Patti Smith, for example—make it seem easy, cool even, while others (George Michael, I’m looking at you) make it really uncomfortable.
and
As a person who works in a culture that gleefully encourages snark and bitchiness and in which expressing admiration in a non-ironic way is often seen as a sign of weakness
I miss editors! A good one might have suggested that somewhere in between those two thoughts is a different idea worth exploring.
LOL. Yeah, but overall it was one of the better articles I've read lately on her.
Looks like Ghosttown is staying on the set list now.
Anyone know who the other opening acts are since it's changing city to city?
Don't seem to be any... which would hopefully bring her out earlier....
She will still come on about 9.30pm
"She will still come on about 9.30pm"
At least it's an improvement after MDNA. When I saw her three years ago, she wasn't on until 10:30, and I remember reading she kept some dates waiting as late as 11:30.
She's like the female Axl Rose.
Why open the doors at 8, then? She get a cut of the bar?
