let's see... wake up around noon as usual (what can i say... i'm a night owl)
go down stairs to discover that somoene left me a lovely plate of vegan/allergy-free pancakes and a raspberry crush drink from buckland AND fed all the animals for me
eat
go back upstairs and get dressed only to discover my stomach is flatter than it was before
call a friend (who i wish was more than a friend) and spend the day with them going to the mall, watching movies, hanging out at the center, just enjoying eachother's company
go home after midnight
shower
go online and catch up on what i missed by having a life
go to bed around 2

i chose annak beacuse i dont know her very well (she's pretty new here) but from what i do know of her, she basically kicks ass.

-My best friend since the 2nd grade. Jon Stewart. My puppy!

What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?
-Well school and the shows I've been doing. And my puppy!!

What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you?
-Well people are always surprised when I tell them my daddy is from Iraq. The first question I get is "WOAH YOU'RE A MUSLIM?" Nah my Daddy is Catholic. People are surprised because I look like my mother, who is French, and you would never guess (except apparantly for my eyes) that I'm Arabic. My siblings look for like my daddy though.

If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?
-Presuming my family, puppy, and kitties are safe? MY BOOKS.I can't live without them. As many as I can grab. Especially the REALLY old versions of LeS MISERABLES and LITTLE WOMEN that I inherited from my auntie.

If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be?
-Probably that I'm OCD about cleanliness, I'm sweet and I don't like fights unless you're making racist comments. I want nothing more than to be a mother (when I'm WAY older) and I am a thoroughly happy person in every way. They would be spot on.

What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?
-No lie, to believe in God. My dad's side of the family is SO religious and I wish I were but I'm not. I've never even tried, even throughout my classes when I was younger in order to receive communion.

What’s the last great gift that you gave someone? And, that you were given?
-My best friend's dog died and she was completely depressed. My neighbor needed to give away her dog, and it happened to be the same type as my friend' dead puppy (and my friend wanted another one SO badly but her parents would not pay for it) so I put in some extra hours at the barn and surprised her with it.
-I got this oooooooooooooooooooooooooooold textbook from like 1804 from my boyfriend and I can't even touch it I'm so excited about it.

- Lauren Monique Ingran Philips. She was like a second mother to me and she died of AIDS a LOOOOOOOOONG time ago. Like before I even knew what AIDS was. Sometimes I like to mention her initials because it just makes me feel good. PLUS it's like "Les Mis in the Piazza"..which are my two fav shows. So it all works out.

What was your first job?
-Besides baby-sitting? Cleaning up the stalls and taking care of the horses at a nearby stable.

If you could be anyone you wanted to be today, who would you be, and what would you do?
-This one is SO hard. I think just for one day I'd like to be George W. Bush and see if he really is being weak or if being president is really that pressuring that he makes bad decisions and doesn't speak clearly. Or I would like to be myself a few years from now, 19 at Fordham (my dream school) majoring in history and musical theatre and doing some political journalism courses (I'm not sure they have them there..but in my dream they do )
But if it had to be Me myself the way I am right now as a 15 year old in New Jersey, and the kind of person I want to be RIGHT NOW, I would have to say I would want to be rid of my insecurities. I'm actually really not that self-consious, it's just my nose that bothers me, but I just want to feel good as the person I am and not stress so much about my classes and despite having a god awful director for Pippin, have a great time with the show because my part is so much fun and a great experience. I just gotta chill sometimes. Breathe it in. Let it out.

If someone gave you a million dollars, how would you spend it?
-Put some money away for college, send some over to the orphan my family sponsors in Rwanda (Beatrice. I love her.) I would treat my daddy and my mummy to a cruise stopping in Egypt because they want to do that eventually and they do tons for me when I want to go see shows and such. The rest I would use to probably buy some cloths at New York and Company (duh), buy my puppy one of those MASSIVE elaborate dog beds that are wonderful and unnecessary, repair the damn theatre in my high school, and the rest I'd sort of split for charities, future endeavors, and monthly allowances.


What do you do when you need cheering up?
-I watch FRIENDS. No matter how sad I am or for whatever reason, FRIENDS always makes me laugh. Keeping in mind that I've seen each episode about 500000 times. Or I go running. Or dancing. Dancing is the most therapuetic (sp?) thing for me.

- Breakfast : If it weren't so bad for me, a doughnut. every morning. Or a muffin! Or a black and white cookie. But I'm happy with my cheerios.
Lunch: Pizza or chicken ceasar salad or meatball subs.
Dinner: I love spinach pie and pumpkin soup and fish and steak and the arabic foods my grandma makes..so any of those.

^of course, those choices are only if I cant eat candy and pizza day in and day out.

If you have one, what is your goal in life?
-Be happy with the person I become. I have never thought of being anything but a performer, but I'm realistic and choose my "back-ups". I want to be able to pursue that dream, but I don't want to end up 10 years of auditioning and nothing to show for it. Especially if that sort of unhappiness interferes with having my own family, which is extremely important to me.
