OK so I "quit" WW meetings but I'm starting anew at home. I bought the WW scale and I've been altering my diet and working out. I think the Biggest Loser DVD has been mentioned in this thread. I love it. I got the first one on sale for $9.99 last week and have been doing it pretty regularly since then. I thought I could do the high-intensity workout right away, but so far, I've been doing the low-intensity and the strength and sculpt workouts and it's been KILLING me. I so love Bob Harper. My gaydar is ringing a little with him, but I can't be sure....but that's besides the point!
Has anyone bought the new one yet? I'm hesitant because I don't have a stability ball and I really don't have room for one in my little apartment. Any feedback?

A big thank you to bwaysinger, Rath, colleen_lee and everyone else who suggested I try the Amy's frozen things.
I just had the Mexican Tamale Pie for lunch - added a little hot sauce, and it was really good! I will be adding Amy's to my lunch aresenal. I picked up some of the soups too.
Not all of them are low-fat though. I had to read the nutritional information to find the best ones for me. Yummy stuff - and pretty filling.

Okay, I've been very good about working out since New Years (hurrah!) but I've begun wondering if I'm not eating enough, I don't really eat breakfast or lunch, I usually have rehearsals until 5, eat dinner, and don't eat after 7 (because I consume all my empty calories at night) Yesterday, all I had was half a subway sub and some fruit.
I don't really do it intentionally, I just don't get hungry, I only binge when I start to eat but once I start I can't stop. Food is definitely a hard addiction considering you can't swear it off completely. Ych.
Anyways, could this be slowing down my metabolism or hurting me or something or other?

Ahmelie:
EAT! Try not to binge, but eat sensibly on a regular basis. You may be able to get away with it now, but eventually it will catch up with you. Losing weight is great, but do it sensibly and slowly. Especially since you are working out daily - you need the fuel that food provides to make your workouts even more effective. Please, take care of yourself.

Could it be that the cold weather is making me hungrier?
I swear this is the case! I mentioned my never ending eating to a friend yest and he said he felt the same way too! More weight/fat to protect us from the cold perhaps.

I want to lose 10 more pounds, but I've been stuck at this weight for several months now.
My problem is that I love food too much. I work out consistently, but I really need to cut down on my calorie intake. This is really hard b/c I think about food ALL the time.

I, too, have lost the holiday weight and have been working out for 3 months. I've never looked this good.
I'm not saying this to brag (ok, yes, I am) but to say, "if I can do it, you can, too".
Also, I've been doing The Biggest Loser Workout 2 and it's great. You don't have to have a stability ball or medicine ball to do the workouts. I use one of my handweights instead of the medicine ball.
