I'm always curious about what the other theatre guys & gals are watching.
For me, my favorite is America's Next Top Model. I loved Girlicious, but now that it's over, I'm getting into Farmer Wants a Wife (or at least trying). I think I want to try watching House.
I watch American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance?, Smallville and EastEnders. I also watch baseball, hockey and films on TCM. That's about it.
Every single show on BRAVO.
Dancing with the Stars, Grey's Anatomy, Saturday Night Live, and Pushing Daisies. I can't wait for that to come back in the fall.
The Office, Lost, Pushing Daisies, Dexter, Coupling, Project Runway, Top Chef, most other Bravo reality shows, and whatever happens to be on the Food Network at a given time.

I am currently watching season 5 of Wings.
How I Met Your Mother, Lost, the Office, 30 Rock, 24, used to watch Fraiser, Slings and Arrows, My So-Called Life...
How I Met Your Mother, Two and a Half Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine.
Thatgirl, psyched for season finale?
Lost and Family Guy.
There are others, but they are nothing compared to those two.
'House', 'Battlestar Galactica', and 'Doctor Who'. I also need to catch up with 'Torchwood' and 'Ashes To Ashes', but I fancy rewatching 'Life On Mars' before going back there. And I'm contemplating trying to catch up on 'Heroes' and 'Ugly Betty', but as yet am undecided on those fronts.
I have a whole buttload of 'Oz' to watch at some point too...
Weez - considering how much I like Battlestar and Dr. Who also, I would highly recommend you try Lost. Amongst those three shows, I'd almost be hard pressed to pick a favorite, but Lost would likely edge them out just for the sheer amount of involvement it takes to watch.
I'm a complete tv junkie, so aside from those three, I also watch Smallville, Survivor, The Office, How I Met Your Mother, The Simpsons, and Pushing Daisies (agree - can't WAIT till it comes back!) pretty religiously.

Ugly Betty, Brothers and Sisters, The Riches, Top Chef, Project Runway, American Idol (love/hate relationship), America's Next Top Model, Medium, The Office, Boston Legal, Dexter, Big Love (when is it coming back?!) and General Hospital. For the most part, I hate GH these days, but I started watching again when Laura came out of her catatonic state in November of 2006 and have just set the DVR ever since.
I'll watch ER and Grey's Anatomy once in a while. I loved the first two episodes of New Amsterdam and thought it had great promise, but it turned out to be a disappointment.

'Lost' and I had a messy break-up sometime near the end of season 3. I'd consider going back, but only when it's ALL over and done with and available for DVD rental purposes. I might have to get drunk as well...

I also love 30 Rock and The Office and think they are the funniest shows on TV.
Desperate Housewives is another fav of mine, even though I wish they had better writers.
Finally, I am a huge Simpsons fan, even though I think the funniest episodes are behind us, it is still a great show. even their lame episodes are funnier than most of the stuff on TV.
Edit: Forgot Top Chef.
