Any rumors out there of what this year's production will be?

I am hoping for:

City of Angels

or

Ragtime

Wishful thinking?

It should have been PETER PAN in 2004 for the 50th anniversary of the musical and 100th anniversary of the play.

I'm hoping for PARADE.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

But, if it's Parade, I hope everyone knows that I will die. Of happiness.

I'm hoping for PARADE, and think it has a better shot than many other musicals...yet for some reason I have a gut feeling it will be MISS SAIGON.

Capn...I was gonna say Miss Saigon but I thought that I was just being silly thinking that would be done.

Don't they tend to do slightly older things? Chess was 88 and Hair was 68-they may do something from the 70s this time around.

Grease could be fun, but they may not do it so close to the revival, although I'm not really sure when that's happening.

Carrie would be brilliant. Maybe you were kidding Zoneace but I'd love it-as long as they make a recording and preserve it!

I would adore a URINETOWN Actors Fund Concert.

How about On the Town? Althought they just did a Comden and Green production last year, its still so much fun and you can get a real great cast for it.

Oh man, I would LOVE to see Raul play the pimp in Miss Saigon!

I can't remember. When do they usually anounce the show? Is it around July or August?

I think it might be September, because I couldn't make it this year because of school. But I'm not totally sure.
