Regarding the Hayes, Studio 54, and the American Airlines - hard to know if we can really count those as "available" theatres, as it relates to incoming shows.
Second Stage seems to be falling into a rhythm of renting out the Hayes for the summer, before putting up their own shows in the fall and Spring.
As for Roundabout's theatres: normally, I'd say the American Airlines will almost certainly house a Roundabout production - considering that's kind of their flagship theatre, and Fat Ham is the first rental in that theatre for a long time (maybe the first time since Roundabout has operated it?). They tend to rent out Studio 54 more frequently, so it could very well end up being available for renal. But Roundabout also usually prefers putting their musicals in that house - so maybe if they're doing Penzance, it'll go there.
But all bets are off with Roundabout right now. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes over there.
Because I have nothing better to do on my Saturday morning, I went through and made a list of each show and theatre, and dates. Please let me know if anything is wrong of if I’m missing something!!

Has something really not been announced for the Jones?
I know it's a play house. But surprising since I know there are dozens of shows waiting for theatres, though mostly musicals. Ditto Circle. Seems some times that theatre is in heavy competition, and then suddenly not.

Room was supposed to have it this spring, and well… I wonder how much of the set was loaded into the theatre.

Wouldn't be surprised if they're eyeing a transfer to an off-Broadway house too! The original Play that Goes Wrong has done so well at New World Stages! Maybe they'll replace it with this one or try to have both of them run simultaneously.

I think that was a test event someone found, but nothing official has been announced.
Also I've been keeping this for my own purposes but it occurs to me that others could be interested, so here's a spreadsheet I made of each theater's tenant per Broadway season (for those with open runs, I just have it marked to where they have tickets available, though that's by no means a guarantee). The notes below are mostly for my use in keeping track of the announced/rumored productions, so don't put too much stock in them. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16_P-MJdtRU-gTZfCEQJPwc_NkaxdGBQ0qZlXLHkqygE/edit#gid=1785749706

I don't know if a press release ever made the rounds, but tickets are currently on sale on Telecharge. Looks like the entire run is only for a little over a week.
