I’m a Tampa subscriber and we got a postcard saying that the season kickoff party is next Monday, March 13. I’m expecting an announcement to come from that! Should be a great season!

Mirvish’s season is shockingly lacklustre.
What a shame, I was considering subscribing if they had a compelling lineup.

I wonder if they’re using the physical production from the Aragon tour, as it doesn’t have any listed dates after Portland in July

I wonder if it will be an all-Canadian cast - and also how long they’ll extend for. Nothing else seems to be booked for the Royal Alex for the whole season, so conceivably Six could stay until summer 2024 or even longer.

Yes it will be.
And Come From Away is currently supposed to return to the Royal Alex in Sept '24.

No Frozen??
Pittsburgh has been teasing with (painfully obvious) daily clues this week.
So far:
Moulin Rouge
The Wiz
Doubtfire
Girl From The North Country
My Fair Lady
Mamma Mia
The Kite Runner
Company
Cleveland is announcing the morning of March 28th. Their teaser video shows an old TV with a VHS player, then "Rewind," "Pause" and "Play" icons appear on the screen with an 80s-sounding jingle playing. People are commenting "Back To The Future." Has it been announced as a touring production yet, or could they possibly be launching a tour from Cleveland in 2024?

Mixed feelings, but I guess this is about what I was expecting from Mirvish. One big hit show (Six), some moderately popular shows (Jagged Little Pill, Tina), a West End revival (42nd Street) and them other shows they find to fill it out.
Mirvish is clearly trying to keep their older subscriber base happy. I can't understand why they felt the need to put 2 shows from the 2013-2014 season back on subscription again.
Excited for Six and Tina, and am interested in seeing Jagged Little Pill. Curious about In Dreams, as it might be good. Not much of an interest in the other 3.

For anyone who has been a Mirvish subscriber previously - can seats be exchanged to subscription shows? When I click "subscribe" at the most expensive price point, it assigns me "best available" seats in row Q (which is the 24th row at the Princess of Wales Theatre), and I'd rather sit substantially closer if I'm paying the highest available price point. Will I be able to exchange to closer seats for subscription shows?

Yes you can. Tickets to subscription shows are made available to subscribers before the general public, so you can see the available seats. You can change dates, move closer, etc. You don't have to pay any added fees, except for the difference in ticket prices. (E.g. if the ticket you have is $80 and the closer seat is $100, you just pay the $20 difference). But if you're already choosing the most expensive price point, you should be able to move around with no added cost at all.

Thanks! Is the most expensive price point a "premium" price seat, or the next level of pricing down from that? Mirvish recently has been making literally half of its orchestra seats (usually between the third row and the sixteenth row) "premium" priced.

What is In-Dreams?
I wonder if the 42nd Street is the Curve Theatre, Leicester production?
Surprised nothing direct from London is transferring, would have thought something like Orlando or Lehman Trilogy.
Has Aladdin been back, since it’s try out?

Broadway in Chicago announced return engagement for Hadestown and To Kill a Mockingbird yesterday. I think that must mean a season announcement is imminent.

I am honestly not sure if the "premium seats" are the most expensive subscriber price point, but I don't believe so. I have noticed that as well, Mirvish has been making more and more seats "premium".

Quite shocked to see Company hit Tampa, but not Orlando. Also, Tampa has three solid season “options” but Orlando only has one with Aladdin (which was here quite recently)
