"Michael Urie (ABC’s “Ugly Betty”) and Adam Driver (“Mrs. Warren’s Profession”) will take over the central roles of Prior Walter and his unfaithful lover Louis Ironson in the current Off Broadway revival of “Angels in America” on Feb. 2, 2011, and play for a new five-week extension of the production through March 27, Signature Theater Company announced on Tuesday.
Also departing the production after their final performances on Sunday, Jan. 30, will be its three actresses: Robin Bartlett (who plays Hannah Pitt), Zoe Kazan (Harper Pitt), and Robin Weigert (the Angel).
A production spokesman said that all five actors have scheduling conflicts that prevents them from continuing in the play."

Hooray!!! Can't wait to see it again -- it'll be like a whole new show! So excited!!!
Really excited about Urie! I've yet to see Millennium Approaches- maybe I'll wait for the cast change.
I'm really excited that I can now be able to see this!

Nice responses only please
Now would someones please nicely answer my question
Thank you
You most certainly can. But only with twenty proofs of purchase from any Kellogg's brand cereal.
All tickets from Dec. 21 going forward are $85
I love that Urie is doing more theatre. He is such an amazing actor and Ugly Betty was only one small facet of his talent.

Are even the cancellation seats $85?

All tickets are $85 after December 21.
Does anyone know from prior Signature shows if the "stair seats" are also $85 during the extension? It seems like a lot to sit on the stairs.

I think they were $40 for stair seats for Orphans Home Cycle during the extension.

Buy your tickets now and reserve a comfy chair.
I hope I'll be able to catch this cast! Driver was absolutely horrible in MRS WARREN. I hope he redeems himself here.
I'll be so curious to see this again. On the one hand, I'll really, really miss Bartlett and Quinto who are giving incredible performances. On the other, I'll be um...more enthusiastic about seeing a new Prior and Harper.
I might try to stair-seat it, though. $170 is a lot for a production I've seen twice. Then again...that's a long time to sit on the steps. Choices!
Just bought tickets! My bank account is weeping, but I must see this. So excited!
Seeing both on a Sunday...about how long is each part running?

Mandi, only saw Part 2 and it ran about 3 1/2 hours, believe the first part is about the same.
I am so glad they extended, won't have to depend on cancellations to see part 1, got a ticket, will be seeing Part 1 in March. Hope the new cast is just as awesome as the current cast.

Interesting casting! I see Urie as more of a Louis, but no complaints. I'm glad he's doing it and that they are extending.
Adam Driver was horrible in Mrs. Warren's Profession and The Retributionists. He also looks like a pre-schooler. I'm not excited to see him as Louis. Urie, on the other hand, is a great choice.
I hope they get someone great for Harper. Sarah Paulson, perhaps?

That would certainly make me all kinds of jealous (re: Paulson).
THANK YOU JEBUS. I was praying for this to extend so I could see it for Christmas. I'm excited to see who the new Harper is. Hell, I'm just excited that I get to see it at all!
