I’m new to Audience Rewards and am looking to redeem points however the shows I’m interested in are sold out. Does anyone know when they add more show dates for any shows? I’m not familiar with how it works
Yes, the free tickets do go fast. I would just keep checking the site - everyday, several times a day as you never know when it will be updated. I've gotten a number of free tickets through them, and you just have to keep checking - that's what I did.

I noticed mostly they add shows about 4-5 weeks before the new block of dates (e.g. I was watching out for a friend for new blocks of Anastasia tickets -- they added the current tickets for April 24-May 16 on March 16).

An update on ticket redemption pricing: the costs have gone WAY up. You used to be able to get Waitress, SpongeBob, The Ferryman, Torch Song, etc. for 1000-1500 points + $36-48. Now the only shows below 3000 points are Mary Page Marlowe, Head Over Heels, and Blue Man Group, and the cash add-on is around $80 for most shows. I wonder if this pricing is the new norm.
They have added The Waverly Gallery for 5000 points plus $60 if anyone is interested.
They’re still there. Click on the shows you mentioned and they still have 1000/1500 + $$ deals.
It’s probably a display technical error.
I literally just redeemed a ticket to Straight White Men! 5,500 points for August 25th.

Ah I see! Excuse my mistake. Maybe they’re just promoting the higher-priced ones on the selection page.
Danielle, I think it might be more buggy than that because I'm also only seeing the higher point options right now, including when I click on Straight White Men.
Of course, I'm really holding out hope that The Ferryman releases more low point tickets, but those have been sold out for a while.

New dates added for The Ferryman. You have to click through to get the 1,500 points/$48 redemption. Wish I hadn't already bought a ticket at full price!

To Kill a Mockingbird has been added to the list of redeemable shows:
6,000 points + $72 for Front Mezz and Orchestra seating
4,000 points for Balcony seating
Earlier yesterday, they had MOCKINGBIRD for some thousand points + $40 via phone. Should have grabbed those before they changed it!

Lots of dates added for the cheap points + cash shows, including Torch Song, Waitress (including Nicolette Robinson’s first performance), Straight White Men, Anastasia, and SpongeBob (up to Sept. 14th, two days before closing).
I keep checking for other fall shows or lower price ranges for Pretty Woman. I’ll continue to update as long as I’m keeping an eye out!

Has anyone redeemed Wicked recently? Just wanted to ask the seats they assigned. I know it can vary, but for some shows they always have the same seats assigned (at least those that were redeemed online, and not via phone).

I did an online redemption in July, and my seat was orchestra V 1, a great view. I'm almost completely sure that the online redemptions are always in left orchestra row V. On most days, 4 seats are available, V 1-7, and, on Wednesdays, 8 seats are available, V 1-15. I made sure to buy a ticket as soon as I saw my date pop up, so I could get the aisle seat.

Great! Thanks so much! I'm excited to take my niece to this one!

Has anyone redeemed points + cash for Waitress? I'm interested in the 1,000 points + $36 option, which says "select orchestra seats," but am worried that they'd be super partial view. Anyone have experience with these? Thanks!

I’ve done it twice for Waitress and they were excellent seats! Row K side orchestra, but right on the aisle. First time on the left side, second side on the right. Perfect views on both times! It was a long time ago, but the second time Sara Bareilles was on the show so I doubt you’ll get worse seats...

I'm almost 100% certain that the online redemption seats are always side orchestra row K. I went last month and got K 1, an excellent view.

Just picked up a ticket today for both Ferryman and Lifespan of a Fact. It pays to keep checking. I’m curious to see where seats are. When I called to get a ticket for To Kill a Mockingbird I had a very nice person who was patient with me looking at several dates for best seat availability. I got Orch row F seat 9.

Not sure about the others, but I think Lifespan tickets are all in the same location. Someone mentioned getting orchestra J 5-7 and I got orchestra J 6.

And with that, I’ve used the last of my AR points. So curious about this one. Thanks again for the update!
