No problem! I bought a ticket months ago, but please update us on your seat location. I'd like this to be the official Audience Rewards thread, so we have a better idea of where the online redemptions are.

Great seat! I'll have to keep it in mind for a second visit, if I like it. Did you redeem on one of the days with 10 seats available?

Nice seat, Danielle49!  I redeemed for a ticket on a day when there were 10 seats available, and got R1.  Guess they start assigning seats from the aisle?

Days of Rage is available for Friday-Sunday dates from 10/12-10/27, $30 plus 500 points, 250 points if you're a V.I.P. I got F 111.

I redeemed for a date that had 8 at the time. Maybe they reserve inner aisles of a few different rows

I'm finally getting around to seeing The Play That Goes Wrong, mainly because Audience Rewards has it for $24 plus 250 points. For the available dates, they have 4 seats available each day. I was the first redemption of my chosen date, and I got left orchestra J 1. After taking a look at the availability on Telecharge, I'm assuming that J 1-7 are the usual seats for the online redemptions.

Yes, when I got tickets to their “last night” I got J 5-7.

When Oh, Hello was playing at that theater I got C 3-5 though.

Don't even waste your points or money on that show... it was probably one of the least enjoyable Broadway shows I've ever seen.

The Prom has been added for 6000 points + $78 by phone. Seems steep, but it’s an option

Can I ask hownone becomes a VIP? I didn’t realize the site had levels!

It has something to do with earning 10,000 points. Not sure it it's in a year, or over lifetime. Whichever it is, now that I've achieved it, I need to earn 10,000 points over the next year to keep it.

Network has been added for tickets by phone for dates through March 17th. 7000 points for Balcony or 7500 + $84 for Orchestra/Front Mezz.

Be More Chill (8000 points or 6000 + cash) and The Cher Show (5000 points or 6000 + cash) have been added. Of course, little lower for VIP members.

Has anyone successfully swapped redeemed tickets with another AR member? If so, how’d you work it out? I have a ticket for King Kong but may not be able to use it after all

Call the member hotline. They’ve usually been very helpful if the request is within reason. Can’t necessarily define “within reason” though!

Does AR have tickets set aside for redemption that Telecharge doesn't have? Or do they have only the same seats Telecharge shows for any given performance? Thanks!
