If you are talking to me, I NEVER said that man was straight. Not ever. People have claimed he's dating a woman, and that was obviously not accurate.

They probably have celebs come backstage every week. This is different. This is someone who they have genuine fandom for. When is last time they posted about a celeb backstage? Much different than Swifty who pulls out that aw shucks face every time someone farts in her direction.

Except that's not in the order how it all happened. Ben was attached to DEH prior to Marc joining La La Land if I remember correctly

I have him blocked but I'm sure he's explained that Beyonce is simply a human being and not an idol for so many singers everywhere and maybe something about how Ben and co. shouldn't have made her feel self-conscious as an idol to so many POC or something of that sort? Idk. Just going by what he usually writes whenever a POC visits a Broadway show.
