Yet another show to add to the upcoming season!
I am excited! I didn't get a chance to see it at the Public. :)

Does anyone know how much has changed since its run at the Kirk Douglas theatre in Los Angeles? I saw it a couple years ago and was wondering if anyone knew if there were a lot of changes implemented since then.
I'm very, very excited to see it coming to Broadway. Can't wait to see it again.
There will actually be solid contenders for best score at next year's Tony's with this and Catch Me happening!
This may explain the holdup on the release of the cast recording. Excited but I want the CD!!!!
HUUURAAAYY! It will sweep the Tonys!!! Benjamin Walker as best actor!
This is shaping up to be a GREAT season.!
It was bound to happen eventually given it's positive receptions in both LA and here in NYC in it's concert version. Glad it's sooner rather than later. It's going to be a strong Tony contender.
It's the year of the Off-Broadway to Broadway musical:

Anyone know when tickets will go onsale?
My favorite new musical of last season!!
Between this and the technically BEST new musical of last season (SCOTTSBORO) both transferring so early in this season, we are off to a fantastic start!!

AWESOME! Benjamin Walker is a freakin' rockstar. I'm so glad he's going to remain in the show.
I wish some of these shows would have opened a few months earlier so they could beat out the mediocre contenders this year.
Will it still be open by Spring? And if not, will it be forgotten?
That's my worry because I LOVE this show.
The thing about this is they are going to need a very strong marketing team. It could sweep the Tony's, but it has to wait like 9 months for the award show to happen. Can it last that long? Only time will tell.
I fear this theater is too big for this show. Which it almost certainly is.
I dont know how long this will last....the Wed matinee ladies might not go for the emo rock...
The perfect sunday for me will be seeing BBAJ and Scottsboro on the same day.
BTW does anyone know when the cd will come out for BBAJ and/or Scotts?
VERY exciting news. Can't wait to see it again and how it transitions into the bigger venue.
What the frackity frack! I didn't watch it here in LA since I didn't hear much about it. Although when I heard about the success it was having in NY, I so wanted to see it! Unfortunately, I couldn't get tix on the day I wanted to go because it was SOLD OUT! Now that it's opening on Broadway on 9/21, I still won't be able to see it because I'll be there from 9/9-9/12! UGH!! 3 STRIKES OUT! I really hope it lasts until the next time I'm there.. maybe during the holiday season?? =O/

"the Wed matinee ladies might not go for the emo rock..."
But that's the thing about the ladies who lunch...they'll see anything the New York Times tells them to.
Actually, I would not be suprised if it cut both or one of the Wed shows and put a Sunday 7 or 8pm preformance and maybe a Mon nite with Dark on Wed altogether.
But you might be right on with the Ladies who lunch!
Whatever

I'm so excited cause I missed it at the Public!
