All over the place. They agree on almost nothing.
(And I love the typo of Liev Shrieber listed and a should win for Isherwood for his performance in "Something.".)

I thought they agreed on quite a bit. I loved some of their thoughts.
I noticed a (small) number of OFF B'way shows -- how silly. (Although I think BBAJ is terrific.)
My favorite category: Best Score "should win": NONE. Bwahaha.
At least they both agree that Best Score should have been excised this year.
Oh, AdamGreer, if we keep agreeing with each other, posters are gonna talk!
Brantley's obsession with Eamon Foley is getting a little creepy now. Two years in a row?

Ben Brantley thinks Montego Glover will win?
...Huh?
This article is more interesting, in my opinion. They discuss the current season and you get a much better sense of what they liked and disliked. It seems that like many of us here, they can't wait for this horrendous season to be over.

I don't like that they both predict Scarlett Johansson to win.
Totally thought the Eamon Foley comment was odd. And uncalled for.

Some thoughts:
- Brantley is delusional if he thinks Glover will win
- Interesting that Isherwood hated La Cage (although I haven't agreed with much of what he thinks this season)
- Nice to see that Brantley liked American Idiot
- No Jan Maxwell?!
- Why does Isherwood think Twyla is doing something new with Come Fly Away? It is the same thing she did with The Times... and Movin Out

Maxwell's "award" might be getting a double nomination in one season. Hecht easily deserves to win the featured actress category.
Strange predictions. But I like their discussion. Lots of insight, and it seems they agree with the overall meh-ness of the season (although they disagree immensely over La Cage, that's interesting). The one thing Isherwood is pushing that I'm completely behind is Finian's Rainbow and Christopher Fitzgerald.

If these are any view as to what will actually win on the thirteenth, I have a feeling my ballot is screwed. Royally.
Yeah, mine too.
It's sad that neither of them predict Sherie Rene Scott to win either award.

Maybe I'm missing the point of this article, but they both seem to think that a lot of shows that were not on Broadway should have been nominated for Tony Awards.
The point of the should have section is to highlight the best in the category, no matter where it took place.
They don't restrict their choices for "should be nominated" to those eligible for Tony Awards, aka only Broadway shows. They pick from their entire theatre-going season if they so choose. For example, Eamon Foley was also on Ben Brantley's list last year when Everyday Rapture played Off-Broadway.

What is Come Fly Away doing that is new, Isherwood?
The point of the should have section is to highlight the best in the category, no matter where it took place.
Ah. Okay. That makes sense now. I don't think that was clear, and I was confused.
All we need. More gay men's opinions on the theatre.

dramamama611, every year they put mostly Off-Broadway shows in the Should've Been Nominated spots. If the critics had their way, Off-Broadway would be eligible. And almost every year there's a handful of shows that make the case. This year: Blanchett's STREETCAR, BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON, SCOTTSBORRO BOYS, YANK, and on and on.
And Montego Glover for Best Actress, Brantley? WHAT?!!
Isherwood's picks seems to be more crazy, from FELA winning Best Musical and Best Actor to Scarlett Johansson winning Best Featured.
I actually like Isherwood's picks A LOT better. Doug Hodge's win might not be as guaranteed as people may think.
