Not a good week for Gigi or It Shoulda Been You.
Owch Gigi, It Shoulda Been You, The Visit and Hedwig...
Well, It Shoulda went up in grosses and attendance from last week at least.
I agree about Gigi and The Visit is still doing terrible.

I don't even look at The Visit numbers anymore. They aren't going to change.
Before the "ouch, OTT" comments roll in, just a reminder that they only did four performance last week.
…that being said… they only did about 1/4 of their potential of those four performances. (So still… ouch).
Solid starting numbers for An Act of God, and a slow but steady rise for Hand to God. It Shoulda Been You's attendance was brought up nearly 20%, which is good for them. One of their best weeks yet, no?

The Visit went down in capacity, but up in gross, which is something.
I'm not a fan of HAND TO GOD but I'll point out that every week (except one) that they have been open, the grosses have risen. I think there were a lot of doomsayers on here predicting closing but I think with the reviews and word of mouth (and I assume small budget) that they may actually be starting to make money. And it's growing.

Does Wicked finally appear to be losing some steam? I know it's still doing very well but the days of a guaranteed 100% capacity and gross seem to be over.
FN is dropping. And to the wicked statement above...no it's not.

Finding Neverland probably dropped because Matthew Morrison missed a few performances, and I'm sure some refunds were handed out.

All the shade in that comment^^^
I don't think anyone got a refund for NEVERLAND.
Correct. no one got a refund for Neverland. They are not doing them for the absence of any of their stars
Besides the fact that the Tony committee had to rule both Morrison and Kelly into their categories, its obviously neither were above the title. You can see the offical Playbill title page here:

And here's the comparison of what 'above the title' looks like, even if they aren't on the marquee. Here is Fun Home:

I guess the Tonys nominations are doing wonders for Something Rotten, but not for The Visit.
Gigi is not doing THAT bad, and maybe the fact that Vanessa won the broadway.com awards for breakthrough performance of the year by a female will boost their numbers a bit. It's a great show.
lt Should Have Been You is doing great despite being snubbed completely by the Tony voters.

Neverland grosses are totally suspicious. Always one million and change.
If I were more cynical (ha, ha), I would say that Harvey is cooking the books big time.

Averaging not quite 39% of your gross potential is considered "great" these days?
And Gigi is not really doing much better. Their best week was at 52% of their gross potential, and they have yet to match it.
I could see the producers of both of those trying to hold out for the summer to see if things improve, but I would be willing to place large bets that the theatre owners are already beginning to court potential new tenants for both of those houses come the fall.
I think Gigi will probably stay through the summer as not much usually is fighting for theatres around then.
Why are peole shocked by It Shoulda Been You? It actually did better this week than last. It'll last at least through the summer. I can't imagine it's too costly to run. Why aren't we talking about Les Miz? Those numbers are terrible for such a huge show.
