Brantley reviewed this one in London for NYT. I’ll just assume Green will write up the B’way critique since he is now the chief theatre critic.

New York Theater likes it.
"What makes this work so powerful, and especially timely, is how this splendid cast tells a small story about change – literal pocket change – while offering a larger glimpse into the complex undercurrents in a tense moment of change in American history."
I'm guessing that all the reviews won't feature the same young actor playing Noah, but does anyone know which one is performing tonight?

The quality of writing in some of these reviews is pretty stunning, including some exceptional turns of phrase.
I bet you're thrilled Jordan Catalano!!!!!
I’m so happy that the critics, while some criticizing the costumes/direction, pretty much unanimously recognize the brilliance of the musical.
I haven’t seen the revival yet but based on those photos..those costumes are ass ugly. The Radio(s) look so cheap. Why is that different from the costume they wore on their TV performance?

I guess it is either this or Company for best revival.
