Harry Potter the Musical.
If done well, it could actually be good, but that's a big if.
Harry - Daniel Radcliffe (why not?)
Hermione - Jennifer Damiano
Don't know who'd play Ron....
Snape - Alan Rickman (how cool would that be??)
Dumbledore - Harvey Feirstein
Voldemort - Michael Cerveris

Monster in Law would be amazing.

I think Titanic could be good if directed well. Or Directed by Julie Taymor where the whole show actually sinks.

I'm a little too tired to think of casting but I can totally see Death Note (which was done as movies but started as a manga) as a musical, given how talky it gets in spots.
