I have to say I thought this was hysterical... especially the way they've got Broadway fans one-upping each other...
Guy: "I heard during last night's performance, the power went out and the actors had to do the entire second half with flashlights!" Random Fangirl Who Pops Up Out Of Nowhere: "OH... my GOD I was AT that SHOW!!!!" Guy: "Oh!!! I am SO jealous!!"
"I'm seeing the LuPone in Key West later this week. I'm hoping for great vocals and some sort of insane breakdown..." - BenjaminNicholas2
"I would recommend this to anyone that loves Cirque Du Soleil but hates their professionalism" - Nice!
"You pile up enough tomorrows, and you'll find you are left with nothing but a lot of empty yesterdays. I don't know about you, but I'd like to make today worth remembering." --Harold Hill from The Music Man
The first thing that came to my mind during their Mary Jane and Green Goblin jokes was, "Poor Jennifer Damiano and Patrick Page! God forbid!". But I admit, I think it was funny. And most of it was on the money.
The actor death was a bit unnecessary -- but the rest was quite a hoot.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
