The OP reminds me of a guy who used to stalk me, and has like 10 different accounts on my Facebook block list.

There's no denying she's talented and no one isn't glad she's finding new success in plays but Hamilton is not the show for her.

Her voice, as I remember, is not pleasant nowadays.

Mean! And too late. She just finished a run at La Jolla in Miss You Like Hell for which she got very solid reviews, specifically with regard to her vocals. A friend, who is not really a fan, saw her in it and said she was terrific.
I think she's a great actress, as witnessed in Empanada Loca and the more recent, and troublesome, Daphne's Dive.
Hamilton? Maybe not. But certainly she has talent to spare. I adore her.

In truth, her age has zero to do with it. "Satisfied" really isn't a song she could nail vocally (remember where it goes, not where it starts; the ending takes the roof off with Goldsberry, and even in the mix cover.) I don't think you can approximate the big finish to "Satisfied" and make the role work. Some roles are designed such, the 1st interpreter makes an impact on the composition and how it is performed. There are plenty of hip-hop stars who could pull of much of its middle sections (and Daphne), yet fail in the end. The song needs that unique blend of pop and musical theater chops. Daphne isn't in that league, at least nt anymore. Not nailing "Satisfied," anyone is wrong for the role.

Maybe she is too old. But seriously she is a better actress then you all think she is.
yes huge age difference !
But the reason I suggested it she obviously can play very difficult roles on Broadway. And is a very unique and gifted actress. I also think Hamilton is a show that plays well to different actress than stock Broadway Actress. She has also starred in two pulitzer prize winning shows and got two tony noms. I
wish to see her soon. But seriously where on earth is Lachanze when you need her?
(I know it will never happen)
wow Lachanze is 55!
I was shocked that Renee is that age, since she looks a lot younger. Daphne RV looks her age. I also think that she has a 'hardness' that wouldn't work for Eliza. I think it is too late for her and Hamilton.

If Hamilton opened twenty years ago I'd love to see Daphne as Peggy/Maria, Audra as Eliza, and Heather as Angelica.
