These appear to be gone, but O 28 is still available. If using the full site, let Telecharge choose the seat for you, or else it won't show up on the seating chart.

I just grabbed a regular priced ticket for Wednesday night (Right Orchestra M - $199). There was another ticket (row O) available, same price. It’s actually my first time seeing the show so I’m thrilled

I used the “Let the site choose a seat for you” option. The other way, the ticket didn’t show up.

Does it actually say "Let the site choose a seat for you" or "I'll sit in any of the listed sections". Just want to make sure I'm clicking the right thing.

If you're using the app or the mobile site, there's no option to choose your own seat. It'll always choose for you. On the full site, it's #4, Website recommends seats.

Wednesday matinee, yes. Ben is on Wednesday night.

I almost grabbed that ticket after my first attempt st the O didn't go through (wrote my card # wrong haha!) but I was already on the phone with a rep so I took the O, despite being a worse seat. Glad to hear a first time goer got it to b afforded the better view (I've seen MLB), you'll love the show :)

I used the technique described in the earlier posts (i.e., have telecharge recommend seating) and got very lucky.  Guessing a seat opened up right when I searched for tickets.

Has anyone else had problems with accessing Telecharge website today? I was constantly checking for about half an hour, then I wasn’t able to get onto the tickets part from four different computers for hours!

Yes, had the same problem off and on yesterday. Used mobile and different browsers.

Just got one! I too have been trying in a near constant fashion for a few days and nothing. This is for Friday night, 10/6.

 

Woke up just now and tried the app. Seat G7 in the orchestra came up (premium though at $464). I tried my computer very quickly while the app held the seat in case there was an aisle seat or something even closer, but this was the only one at the moment so I grabbed it. 

 

If a row B aisle seat miraculously comes up, I will have one to sell. Ha ha 

 

Good luck! After all the trying yesterday I didn’t think it would happen!

Finally! After having dealt with Telecharge’s website not working right for hours, I took a chance today and it actually worked! I tried a couple of times and was told that there were no tickets available, then I cleared out all of my choices and started over with just 8pm on Saturday and Bingo! Scored a Center mezzanine, row J ticket for  $183 (including fees) ten minutes ago. 

Thank God because my daughter is coming home from college for the weekend and wanted to get to the box office at the crack of dawn (and I’m getting too old for that crap ??). Thanks everyone for the 4-day out information. I never knew about it!

for the record, the ticket I got yesterday was for Friday night's show.  I tried telecharge around 6:30 pm.  Yes, telecharge was a bit messed up yesterday but was able to get through....
