"There's Gotta Be Something Better Than This" - Sweet Charity
One
A Chorus Line Finale.
West Side Story - Mambo!
Edit: Incidentally, the New York Pops is doing a "Song and Dance: The Best of Broadway" show on Friday and recently asked this on their Facebook page... there are a bunch of great comments if you're looking for suggestions.

Mambo from West Side Story has always been my favorite, quickly followed by Rich Man's Frug from Sweet Charity. But recently, I'm Alive from Tootsie. The music is head-bopping infectious (it makes me want to frug and pony all over the place) and the choreography is hysterical.
First thought was Music and the Mirror.
Does "Simply Irresistible" count since it was used in Contact? It's quite the dance number and quite the song.

The dance break in “All I Need Is the Girl” is masterfully constructed.

I'm very fond of the 2 big dance numbers in "ON YOUR Toes": 'ON YOUR TOES" and 'SLAUGHTER ON TENTH AVENUE". SLAUGHTER is great for going out on walks and/or exercising in your room too.

That’s a hard choice with all the wonderful musicals I have seen in person and through filmed performance. But one easy pick has to be Seize the Day in Newsies.
It's nearly impossible to pick one.
If I include "how the dance contributes to the drama", I'd have to pick "Shall We Dance?" from The King and I.
But if I'm only concerned with how dance music works as music, I'd pick "America" from West Side Story or "Steam Heat" from The Pajama Game.

"Dance" from First Impressions and "Essie's Vision" from Redhead come readily to mind.
