OK- There have been threads of favorite actors and favorite roles, but what is your favorite featured role in a Broadway show? Personally mine is Andre' from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

I like Andre too. I also love Perchik from Fiddler, Cable from South Pacific, Amy from Company, and Riff from West Side Story.

Amneris from Aida, Maureen from Rent, Hope from Urinetown (is that actually a supporting role or a lead one? Because I think that Penelope Pennywise or Little Sally are pretty lead too), Emmie from Caroline, or Change, Eponine from Les Mis, Penny Pingleton from Hairspray.

And then, do you know Monseiur Marius, I believe I was a little in love with you.

Clumsy dude, i adore the purser. I played him in a show and it was one of my favorite roles ever it was so fun. For the little time on stage he has so many great jokes.

if i go the way the tony committee did...

Clara and Fabrizio in LITP, also Maureen in RENT, Jolene in DRS, Seasons soloist in RENT (esp. if Karmine is singing that part- she is amazing), the urchins in Little Shop... lots more.

o- I forgot the Urchins. They are the best part of the show. More musicals need a greek chorus.

Oooh!!! I agree ashley Penny is one of my favorite supporting roles too.

Also I would say Dainty June from Gypsy and Ulla from the Producers.

Most definitely Muriel from DRS, so funny but yet such a scene stealer. It makes you ask "What was a woman to do?"
