I’ve just recently started discovering the wealth of theatre /Broadway related podcasts that are being produced, what are some of your favorites? The ones I’ve been listening to recently are Behind The Curtain Broadway’s Living Legends, Backstage Babble, there’s a lot of good ones on Broadway podcast network, I like the ones about theatre history and deep dives into specific shows or people’s careers.

The two I listen to are:
Putting it Together, which is a deep dive into the Sondheim catalog show by show, and song by song.
Sentimental Men, deep dive into Wicked with lots of really good interviews with various actors and actresses from the show (mainly Elphabas and Glindas)
"Pod of No Return", hosted by Jeremy Stolle and Greg Mills (former swings in Phantom)

Marks & Vincentelli, Stagecraft (Variety's Broadway Podcast), This Week on Broadway, Broadwaysted, The Broadway Cast, and The Play Podcast are all ones I come back to at least somewhat frequently.

They haven't released a new episode in ages, but "My Little Tonys" is a fun podcast that dives deep into the Tony Awards/Ceremonies year by year.
The Theater Enthusiast is a fun one for interviews! A lot of great actors have appeared, but also other folks from other areas of the industry which is really interesting. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-theater-enthusiast-podcast/id1540533099
Matt Koplik's podcast, Broadway Breakdown, is delightful. He and his guests are like those people at a party that you wish you'd started a conversation with.
Currently enjoying “Closing Night”. An incredible first episode about the theatre massacre of 1982 and the curse of the Marquis theatre

Dinner's On Me with Jesse Tyler Ferguson is a newer one I've recently been enjoying. It's not theater-specific, but he talks with lots of people who have been on stage, including Idina Menzel, Sara Bareilles, Zachary Quinto, Jim Parsons, Jesse Williams, Uzo Aduba, and Margo Martindale.

Not exclusively a theatre podcast, but I really recommend the episode of Iconography (with Ayo Edebiri and Olivia Craighead) guest-starring Natalie Walker where they talk all Audra McDonald! Natalie Walker is so passionate and IN LOVE with Audra, and this trio is hilarious together, so it makes for a great listen!

This thread made me miss Patty and Emily. Their YouTube reviews and podcast were so formative to me as a young theatre kid.
They don't record new episodes anymore (and one of the hosts has passed away), but I always enjoyed Three On The Aisle and often go back and listen to their backlog of episodes.
