honestly, i realize that this is for charity, and amazingly good charity at that, but i think $1000 for a ticket is absurd. none of the true rentheads could afford that price. it's going to be full of stuffy people who want to be there for the historical aspect... it will be a big night in the musical theatre world.


*random* as well... i have a 100.7 fever right now. at least it's on its way down...

Neighbors from hell....*always* a bad thing. I have people living across the street from me -- their kid takes drum lessons, and practices nice and early in the morning, always a nice treat to be woken up by someone playing a snare drum off-beat.

Really random here, but I'm watching A Christmas Story on TNT, and I'm laughing yet again! I love this movie!

Sorry for the totally random threadjack.


EDIT: I, too have neighbors from hell. This woman across the street from me always screamed "F***!" at her kids. She was always screaming at them and yelling at her boyfriend or whoever else lived there. Once at about 7 on a Saturday morning, she was yelling about something, I don't know if it was my Broadway lovin' mind playing tricks on me or not, but I swear she was screaming at the top of her lungs something about a "musical!!!!!!!!" Yeah, not fun! Especially when you hear "F***!!" throughout the neighborhood at 10 AM on the weekends.

well we used to have a shared driveway, and the other people used to leave their car parked in it so we could never get out, they spilled paint on our stoop and used to smoke and drink OUR stoop. I win :).

i hate it SO much. it's not allergies or the weather... we're on to the immunology part at this point. my 2 pumonologists think i may have asthma, also.

Yep, I still have it playing downstairs...I think this movie makes me nostalgic more than any other. I still can't get over how they play it for 24 hours straight on Christmas day. Nice.

Oops, sorry Fredi and others...first time on a Fredi thread! Didn't mean it as threadjacking so much as a random comment. I did go back and edit in an actual response about neighbors.
