"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel

Thats easy for me Adam Pascal in Rent (keep him in Aida I thought he did a much better job there) but in rent he was off key and drove me crazy (as you can tell from my post on another thread as well)

Um...........I would have to say...........Michael Crawford in PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. He is too nasally and drives me up the wall, even though it is my 2nd favorite cast recording. In fact, let's just do an overhaul of everyone in the cast except Raul and Meg.

The Frances Rufelle on the Les Miserables OBCR. Everytime I hear her I'm like KILL ME NOW.
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

On the reissued COMPANY OBCR it has Larry Kert's 'Being Alive'. It is better than Jones, but only slightly.

Jones left because of his own martial problems with his wife. And the strain was too much. He made a deal with Hal Prince before opening that he would do the rcording and a few shows then be gone. And Kert became the only replacement in B'way history to get the Tony nod.
