Have they announced Baker, Little Red, and Mysterious Man yet? Are they going for big stars for Baker and Little Red? Excited for Amy Adams and Donna Murphy, but I havent seen any news on the Baker, Little Red, or Mysterious Man!

Nothing as of yet. Your guess would be as good as anyone else's about whom they are casting.
I just hope I get to see it. Actually considering donating for a guaranteed tix.
They start rehearsals in a couple of weeks, so they'll announce soon enough.
I have heard Jesse Tyler Ferguson as the top candidate at present for the Baker... however, I'm not sure if that's the case, seeing as how he's now rumored for The Producers, which would be a few weeks out from Woods' opening.
And Little Red will not be a big name.
I recall reading that, as in London, the Mysterious Man will be a boy, though I may be mistaken on that.
God, I hate these changes to this show.
Next revival why don't they just get the E-Trade baby to be the narrator.
No, the Mysterious Man is an adult.
But the narrator is still an annoying kid?
I thought this production was already up and running...since Amy Adams has already been "awarded" the Tony...
Oops, sorry, my mistake! Apologies for my misunderstanding!
The narrator is a boy. I personally love the change i think it makes the show stronger. If you wanna know what the show will be like you can always watch the recorded London version.
What happened to Christopher Fitzgerald as the Baker? Did it fall through? I was so looking forward to him playing this role!
I believe Fitzgerald's TV pilot was picked up, thus making him unavailable.

Well, Brian D'arcy James' schedule should be more open now, thanks to Smash...would love to see him in there.
Thanks AC, great for him, disappointed I won't get to see his take on the Baker.
Modern Family goes back to filming three weeks before INTO THE WOODS ends its run, so Jesse Tyler Ferguson is unavailable (and has been from the start, as he's said publicly.)
Chris Fitzgerald's series was in fact picked up by NBC, but it's for a short order as a midseason replacement, so I'm not sure if it presents a conflict or not. He was also a guest star in the pilot and would have to have his option to become a series regular exercised, which may or may not have happened. I'm sure all that is being sussed out as we speak, both by the network and by the folks at The Public.
I stand by my source in re: Ferguson being in consideration despite the challenges it presents.
Well, if Fitzgerald's pilot was picked up, we're gonna have to call in Michael Swift.
..too soon? Too serious? Wrong thread?
The Baker: Joel McHale
The Bakers Wife: Gillian Jacobs
Little Red: Alison Brie
Jack: Donald Glover
Cinderella: Yvette Nicole Brown
Cinderella's Prince: Chevy Chase
Rapunzel's Prince: Ken Jeong
Narrator: Danny Pudi
The Witch: Jim Rash
Jordan, you need a hot pic of s nicely chested, shirtless McHale as your Avatar for a bit.
If this casting continues they will have to completely re-cast for Bway. Except Adams who thinks BWay is Amazing. Murphy's got a series too, right?
Murphy's MADE IN JERSEY series has been picked up. But based on the trailer, it looks like a big bomb. The Jersey accents are ALL wrong.

Murphy's series looks like a mess, and it already has bad buzz. It showed up on a list of "Most Likely to Be Cancelled" shows recently and the pilot is supposed to be terrible (and surprisingly, Murphy has gotten poor notices from those who have seen the pilot), so my guess is that the show will quickly get cancelled and Murphy's schedule will clear up. It'd be sad if she had to pass on the opportunity to play the Witch on Broadway because of this awful show.
LJay, I'm not surprised the accents are all wrong, the lead actress is British which drives me a bit crazy, could they really not find an American actress with a good Jersey accent for a show that's actually called MADE IN JERSEY? Ridiculous.

Yeah, seriously. There is a plethora of Jersey on television these days. All they really had to do was study the Real Housewives of New Jersey to hear authentic North Jersey accents.

Donna Murphy sounds more like the stereotypical older Jewish woman than a Jersey mom.

Made in Jersey films in New York so there's a good possibility she could do both.
Jordan, I would go see that production every day.

Owen, no she couldn't. The schedule for a tv show when filming is insane and can go from six in the morning to eleven at night. So she really couldn't.
