Pure Country performed at Broadway in Bryant Park... that should indicate that they're planning to open soon, otherwise it was a waste of a performance slot.
"Happiness" by Scott Frankel, Michael Korie and John Weidman and directed by Susan Stroman at the Mitzi Newhouse next spring.
Yankee,
There was an announcement earlier in the year that 'Desire Under the Elms' starring Dennehy would transfer from the Goodman to Broadway, with Jeffrey Richards producing.
http://www.playbill.com/news/article/116827.html
Now, with this dynamite cast, I would say it looks very likely that it will transfer.

The list on the right side of the page is probably the most extensive.
Oh my God. I comPLETEly forgot 'Reasons to be Pretty' was being transferred! Exciteddd!!
Wow...I didn't realize the lack of new plays this year.

Nothing about Ever After? That's the one I'm really looking forward to. (What advance buzz I've read--from those who've seen a workshop--is good.)
New plays include Impressionism, starring Jeremy Irons and Joan Allen
For revivals of plays, The American Plan and Accent on Youth.
