Sometimes people get sick or have emergencies. I saw Moulin Rouge the one night when Aaron T was out. MEGA disappointing but I quickly got over it and loved the show. It's a little different when Jeremy is the star of such a small ensemble, so I'm sorry that happened, I hope the understudy was good though!

The understudy is perfectly fine. It’s just that I’ve seen the show before and came back solely to see Jeremy in the role. Oh well.

Ah! I think he’ll be great. Can’t wait to see him.

How do they keep casting such great people! Conrad I gotta see. (But I wonder what that means for his recurring role on The Resident.)
I wonder if Barrett Foa would do it at some point, since he's not doing that TV show anymore.

I would love to see Conrad too but I really wish they would get rid of Tammy (and honestly Christian for that matter).

Imagine NOT enjoy Christian in this role. LOLZ.
I love this news, I loved him in The King and I and his voice is like silk. Plus, he's not conventionally attractive just like the Seymour character originally started as. Perfect casting.

So glad I waited Jeremy's run out to see who the next Seymour would be, super excited to see Conrad Ricamora.
Do we have any confirmation about Christian continuing with the show when Conrad starts?

He had a previous engagement in Yonkers, NY arranging the second marriage of Mr Horace Vandergelder-- the well-known half-a-millionaire.

This says Conrad will be with the show through mid-May.

According to her IG story, Jana Djenne Jackson will be making her Audrey debut 12/30 and will be on for both shows. I envy everyone who will be there

Considering heading to Skid Row tomorrow to check out the new Audrey understudy’s take on the role. I see that Josh Daniel will also be on as Seymour. Anyone have the chance to see him yet and have opinions?
I’ve seen Groff and Glick and loved both. Have been curious about Jordan who I think is a terrific performer (if oddly cast here). Probably won’t have a chance to see him before he’s gone for good, but looking forward to Ricamora as well.

I saw this because my partner wanted to. I thought Jeremy Jordan was super fantastic. Full of energy and giving an authentic musical comedy performance with a lot of heart. In look and mannerisms he seemed genuinely nerdy and weird.

He posted on IG yesterday that he tested positive for Covid, so Evan Alexander Smith will likely still be on this week.

I was lucky enough to see Jeremy in November and he was fantastic as Seymour - I agree at first I thought it was odd casting because he is almost too good looking to play a shlub like Seymour. But he was so good! His singing and acting washed away all doubt. He is phenomenal.

Aha! Noted. How’s Smith, then? Any reports?

Does anyone know if Jeremy Jordan is back as Seymour?
Posted: 1/3/22 at 3:08pm
Catch him if you can, he is perfectly cast and is only performing in the role 6 more times!

I'm looking at seats for later this week and my options seem to be row N right in the centre or row A (front row) on the left aisle. Is row A on the aisle obstructed view? I previously sat in row B the the third seat in from the aisle and I was annoyed by having the actors' backs to me a lot of the time.

I sat there with a lottery win during Groff's run. I don't remember it being too obstructed. The main thing that distracted me was that the Urchins did quite a bit of sitting on the stoop right there and were sometimes whisper chatting. Overall, though, it wasn't a bad seat.

I see there is very little availability this week and nothing under $100. Are there discount codes or rush or does it show up at tkts? I'm guessing no and lottery is the only hope?

DIRECT921 is the Telecharge Offers discount code.
