Forgive me if this was discussed, but has there been any mention of a cast recording? I think it would be nice to have at least Hugh, Telly and Nik for a number or two.

Maybe it works better live in the venue, but that GMA didnt sell me at all. Good as the performances are, it just looked a bit cheap and tacky.

OMG. just watched it to see what you were talking about it, and it looks completely ridiculous. clearly they told the interactive "audience" to get involved, and most of them took it too far. several of them make the most outrageous shocked faces, many grab their hearts as if they've had their emotions burst open, and at one point there's a woman literally shaking. it's actually hilarious

I believe this is the video being discussed. I thought it looked fine. I'm glad they did this.

That’s not the cast “oohing and aahing.” Those are the fans they got as volunteers for the performance, and it’s pretty true to how they behave in the show. All in all, bright studio lighting aside, I’d say that’s very close to the feeling of being there live - for better or worse.

Was that Nik Walker as the Phantom?

Starting April 27th, it appears the 7:30 pulse is switching to Quentin Darrington and Francesca Mehrotra as Phantom and Christine.

Now, I’m faced with a dilemma. Initially, I went in intending to see Quentin as he is from my hometown. However, I could not find out what pulse he was performing in. So, in researching the Phantoms and pulses I could find listed, I grew very fond of what I have heard of Ryan Vona’s vocals and picked this slot to specifically to see him.
I have three tickets for the 7:30 pulse on May 5th. I know the tickets are non refundable/transferrable, however, is there any chance whatsoever, that there’s the ability to switch to the 8:15 pulse? Even if someone out there happens to have tickets for the timeframe of my trip (May 5th-9th) and doesn’t mind swapping? Or am I simply stuck where I’m at?
I understand that this is a very unique experience, but I can’t help but feel frustrated as I did my research to pick a cast based on the information available and now none of that is relevant. 😅 Seems like it would make more sense for them to wait until a new ticket block to swap pulse casts? Appreciate any and all help or advice from others past experiences!

In what slot will Ryan be performing? I bought tickets for 7:30pm in May with the specific intent of seeing Ryan.

I sent an email to customer service requesting a refund due to personal circumstances that prevented me from attending on my original date, and they offered me a credit voucher so that I could rebook. I think if you explain to them your situation, they’ll accommodate you.

This is Ryan's performance time now? May I ask where you're getting the information from? The official website doesn't offer anything helpful.

I emailed them and received a stock response disingenuously suggesting that performance schedules are unknown:

attended for my fourth time this past Saturday --- bought the 7:15pm track specifically to catch Telly.
He was out, and our Phantom was Jeremy Stolle.
Jeremy is now one of my favorite Phantoms, and i will gladly attend again whenever i hear he'll be on

I was able to last-minute switch my perf to Ryan's when he was just starting, but I think it was allowed because Ryan himself noted it on his IG at the time. (Could've also been because it was winter and they had space.) Maybe if you ask him to confirm on social media and use that as proof?

I sure wish someone could get access to this information, as I'd really like to know who I'm going to get next Sunday (5/17) at 7:30pm. The show itself has been decidedly less than helpful.

I recommend asking on the subreddit. 7:30 is Ryan Vona’s pulse, I’m pretty sure.
