Meeting the cast of brooklyn?

Hi, I am going to see Brooklyn tomorrow and I would really love to meet the cast afterwards, ecpecially EDEN ESPINOSA, I was hoping someone could tell me how she is. I would love to get a pic with her too, but I have had some bad experiences with some performers.

She's uuuuber nice. I never met her at the stage door, the cast of Bklyn came to perform and talk to one of the theatres I had a class at, and she was nice there so I'm sure she'll be nice at the stage door! Have fun!

Eden is super nice. I didn't meet her at the stage door but I went to the signing in January at the Virgin Me gastore and I missed it but I met her anyway and she was sooo nice.

yeah... she was extremely nice when i met her. everyone was but especially eden and karen... eden smiled for pictures too

I met them back in Feb... They are all very nice but when I went Ramona wasnt in such a good mood... she wasnt very friendly but she took all the pixs and signed all the autos... Eden was so sweet and Karen was fanastic... and the understudies for Taylor and Streetsinger where such amazing people... one of the nicest groups of people I have ever met.

When I saw Brooklyn, Ramona was out sick re: Meeting the cast of brooklyn?, which sucked bc she was one of the only reasons I saw the show. But everyone else was nice.

3 weeks later I actually saw her walking on 45th, and I just said hi, and what a big fan I was, and she was SO sweet...so standoffish? Nah, not ramona!

That's really awesome. Maybe she was having an off night when I saw her, she was probably tired, hell, she's allowed! I hate when people don't get the exact response from a performer and they turn on them..."She didn't throw her arms up in the air, and scream 'THANK YOU FOR SEEING THE SHOW,'what a bitch!" hehe

Yes, she was nice but in a standoffish why... Keep in mind, I saw it on Kids Night On Bway... When I went to Wicked stage door that night... MOBBED! She must have been tired that night.. but still- AMAZINGLY TALENTED!

Then again...keep in mind that there are fans that take advantage of stage door..it's a PRIVILEGE....not a right.

Ramona seemed nice when I met her but she was kinda blah because she was sick. But she was definitely nice.

Eden is really nice and gracious at the stage door. When I went in December it was really cold and windy out but she still let me get a picture with her.

It was great...when I met Eden and the rest of the cast, I said, "Eden," while she was signing, "can I bother you for a picture." She just looked at me, laughed and said, "Hardly a bother, are you kidding?" I was like, wow, that's humble...

Hey Everyone,

Back in early april, i took a feild trip with 40 other kids to "experiance" broadway. When we were in the brooklyn theatre, our director went to go buy a program, and the man selling them was like "oh... your in luck... the director is standing next to you."...... so the director (Jeff Calhoun), invited us to stay after the show and meet the cast and have a question and answer typ thing with them. Only Eden and Karen stayed for us, and they were great. We also got to meet the stage manager, and MARK SCHOENFELD who wrote BKLYN. We got to go wait outside the stage door, and we got autographs from eden, karen, jeff calhoun, and mark schoenfeld. We also got to take pictures with them... it was so much fun.

Eden's puppy was so cute too!

When I saw it, the ladies were kind of quiet and standoffish, but Kevin and Cleavant were adorable and very indulging. However, supposedly they were all sick - especially Eden, so who knows? Cleavant Derricks is a sweetheart, though.
There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

Wow, lucky. I actually got to see BKLYN on Friday (Amazing, by the way) and Eden was really in a rush to the point she didn't even say ANYTHING.
And yes, Cleavant Derricks is an absolute sweetheart. So is Lee Morgan. Ramona was out when I went, but her understudy, Shelley Thomas, was also very nice. Karen was very sweet.
