He might not be dead, I found a description of next week's episode that has the actor who plays Kyle in it. It may just be a picture. If he is dead, that's is not who I thought is was going to be. Kyle was nice. He didn't deserve to die. Also, Hit List has a Broadway theater next week according to the preview.
