I may have said this already, but I want them to do Camelot together soon :)

I hope there will at least be balcony seating left come Thursday.
i think there should be some agreement or understanding that Kelli and Steven should always appear onstage together whenever possible.

^^^ Always and forever. Their chemistry in Far From Heaven and Bridges of Madison County was so electric. This is so thrilling for all their fans.
No, I don't mean affordable seats. I mean GOOD seats. Not horrible seats where you cannot see anything or balcony seats so far back you have to deal with tons of inconsiderate losers on their cell phones blocking your view. I hope you get a good seat, but judging by the seating chart currently, I highly doubt it.

They're going to brilliant! I'm so excited. I know it's not ordinary for Encores! to do cast recordings, but do you guys think since their names are so big that they might do one?
Also, who do you want for other characters? I'd like to see Ben Platt's take on Charlie.
Pasquale is being prolific these days, me like. (re: he's also doing another reading at Williamstown Theater Fest, and was in Penzance last year.)
I keep forgetting that Pasquale is engaged to Phillipa Soo...
I remember the irony last year of both her and Laura Benanti being nominated for the Best Actress Tony.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I had to do the waiting room thing for about 15 minutes but there was a ton of availability. I always sit in the balcony (unless there's a discount). I checked two dates. Saturday night there were a bunch of tickets but I wanted to sit closer to the center so I switched to Thursday. Stop trying to send people into a panic. I feel like most people who want tickets will get tickets. And inconsiderate people will be that way wherever they're sitting.
I just got tickets for the Thursday performance. I would have preferred seats in the orchestra, but was able to nab two in the next to last row in the mezzanine but in the center. I'm a bit of a seat snob, and I hope these will be OK. I suspect they are.

Haha. Sending people into a panic? That was the opposite of what I was doing and totally ridiculous. Some of the people who care about that performance the very most are on this board, so I simply wanted to give them a heads up. The balcony of city center is so awful and so far for me, but enjoy your seats. My statement on good seats still stands, and yes, this is an opinion board.

If you're referring to the production of Penzance that was done in the Berkshires last summer, Pasquale was not in it. You're thinking of Will Swenson.
Eesh, you're of course right AC126748. I was thinking of Will.

So Steven has been replaced.

Patrick Wilson is one of my favorites so I'm OK with this change. I've wanted to see him do another musical since the Full Monty and Oklahoma.
I like Wilson but I am so disappointed that we won't see Pasquale in this. Boo Hoo. Anybody know why Pasquale was replaced?

I'm really bummed by the casting change. Wilson is OK, but I was very much looking forward to hearing SP sing my two favorite show tunes of all time: "Heather on the Hill" and "Almost Like Being in Love." Arrghh.

So much for that Bridges reunion some of us were hoping for...
Wilson is fine, but my heart was set on seeing O'Hara and Pasquale reunite on stage.
I'm disappointed...

I refunded my tickets today. Wilson is okay, but I'm not a Brigadoon fan. Steven was the allure.
Ive got my Assassins tix. Junk, I'll be there.
Well, disappointed, but love Patrick so I'm over it. And will hear Pasquale in ASSASSINS next month, so this way I get to hear both.

City Center is doing refunds?

I feel like I'll still enjoy Brigadoon with O'Hara and Wilson and Fairchild so I probably won't try to get a refund. But I also 100% wouldn't have paid what I did for the ticket if it hadn't been announced as O'Hara and Pasquale.

"
I would kill (well almost) for a recording of LOVE LIFE!

I assume you want to see Pasquale as Lancelot. Because Arthur would be a waste of his gorgeous voice.
